My place is close to Old town, bars, restaurants, public transport, taxi stand, family-friendly activities, nightlife, post office, ATMs, 24/7 market, gas station, banks, bakery. You’ll love my place because of the views, the huge terrace that overlooks the entire town, the location in the center of town close to all events but at the same time an oasis of peace. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

With apartment Mara you can have both :) Lovely one-bedroom apartment is located in Perlini building dated from 1901 year. Perlini building is one of the few which remained intact after the World War II and as such occupies the important part of the Zadar history. Although the building is old lady, the apartment is completely new and modern, renovated in 2020.

What I like about my apartment is that is in the center of the town, only 5 minutes walk from the main bus station, 5-10 minutes walk from the beautiful beaches kolovare and old town. within 100 meters from the apartment there is a post office, market, shopping center, cafes, pizzerias, etc.
