This modern luxury villa has an amazing sea view and a 10,5x4m heated swimming pool with built-in jacuzzi. Located 17 km from historical city of Zadar, it has two floors, each with two bedrooms, modern kitchen and cozy living room with a large terrace in front of the sea and quiet surroundings. Every room has a modern TV and AC unit and the house has beautiful garden and 600 sq/m of open space. The stay was amazing. the apartment is in a really chill and silent zone, far from the camping. The View was just outstanding, waking up with an amazing sea just under your balcony is amazing. You can enjoy your day in the private beach, where you can have a jump in the water from the trampoline, or go fishing and grill what you catched during the day. the city is just 5 Min by car but you have as well a restaurant and a minimarket really near the house. the room was super clean and everything was put in the right position, we really appreciate as well the wine bottle and the fruit we found at our arrival as complementary!Super suggested! we will be back for sure

Just words of appreciation for all hosts! The place is as in the description. Ideal for families with young children because the cottage is right on the beach, right next to the cottage is a parking lot and a super restaurant with reasonable prices. Definitely recommend to everyone, and we hope to come again

Between the welcome drink, decent space and direct access to the sea (could jump in/climb in from the terrace), we had a great time. A good stop for a couple of days to enjoy Paklenica National Park and the coast. Zeljka was very responsive to our needs.

We had a super nice and relaxing vacation in this apartment. From the balcony you could see the sea directly and there were beautiful sunsets. The beach was also within easy reach, you just had to walk down a flight of stairs and you were there. There were also sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, which belong to the apartment. The apartment is exactly as promised and we didn't miss anything. The contact with Sandrine and Nicolas was also very warm. At this time of year it is very quiet and relaxing here, I think in the high season there is more going on. But for us, it was just right! Thanks for everything and we'll be happy to come back!

Accomodation was perfect option when you are looking for queit holiday with small children. We really enjoy everything what this house provided for us. House was totaly clean and had everything what we needed. Garden provided many options for perfect rest. We enjoyed also sand queit beach situated under house and access to the sea for small child. We had a great time at Jossip's and his family's. They were all very welcoming and very kind. The small apartment/studio is very well appointed and perfectly equipped. The view from the terrace is amazing! Direct access to the sea at the foot of the accommodation! In short, it is a peaceful, pleasant and beautiful place where life is good and where we are perfectly hosted. We'll be happy to go back!

We arrived late at night and had some difficulty locating the apartment. Anita, however, was waiting to greet us with a smile and happily showed us around the apartment. The local area is lovely, it's a short walk to a small beach, lots more available just a short drive away. There's a small local shop/bakery just 5 minutes walk from the apartment and a bigger supermarket less than 10 minutes drive away. We spent 4 nights exploring the local area and would definitely recommend both the area and Anita as a host.

We stayed with our son (1 year) at Sandrine and Nicolas's place. The location is great and located on a beautiful private beach. The kitchen is well equipped. There are loungers on the beach and also on the terrace you have everything you need. We got a lot of great tips for the stay from the hosts. Even with questions, we always received a quick response. A small supermarket is right nearby and Zadar can be reached in 30 minutes.

Ami and Marko are very kind and good hosts. The accommodation is easily accessible by car, with the national park, restaurants and shops a few minutes away. The accommodation is in a beautiful location, the apartment's private beach is peaceful, clean, and the view with the mountains is stunning.🌊⛰️ The apartment is very clean, nicely furnished, comfortable. Although the accommodation is one-plan, it's still a good place to fit two, it's handy that the refrigerator is built into the kitchen furniture, so it's quiet, not disturbing at night. A separate plus point for unlimited coffee pods. ☕ The terrace is spacious, comfortable, overlooking the sea. Absolutely 10/10!
