Beachfront vacation rentals in Croatia

The stay was nice, the house is really small but sufficient for two. Beautiful garden. Hostess was always easily accessible. The way to the beach is a little further than expected.

Umag is a good starting point for activities and excursions of all kinds. The old town with restaurants and cafes, parks and harbor promenade are within walking distance of the property. As well as a small bakery to buy breakfast. The sea and beach are only 50 meters away and you have a magnificent view of the sea from the apartment and the loggia. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished, so you can also spend a rainy day there. We liked it very much and we recovered well in the 10 days on site and enjoyed our vacation very much. We were 2 adults with a dog.

Very nice, clean place in the quiet village of Betina, everything worked out fine with the landlord, requests were handled immediately. Of course, at this time (November) there are not so many offers from restaurants, etc., but in Murter there are also very good restaurants at this time, and they are just a few minutes away. Anyway, great! Gerhard

Place was so nice and modern, the area around is beautiful. Definitely one of the best views from the balcony of the sea and houses. Villa was clean, with nice accommodations. Surrounding area is very peaceful and relaxing with a nice rural village and nice locals, other towns are just a bus ride away and definitely worth a visit. Overall, very relaxing and the balconies are perfect. Would come back again.

We liked this place very much , it was very cosy and it has felt like a home. Our kids very also very happy to find big box full with toys 😃 Perfect stay !

We (couple with dog) spent beautiful 10 days in Ana and Ivan's bungalow G4 from the end of May to the beginning of June. The whole place was very clean. The fact that the hair dryer, clothes rack, Nespresso coffee maker, etc. were also very convenient. The kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher, large fridge (with freezer compartment), stovetop and everything you need to cook (plates, cooking pots, pans, cheese grater, bottle opener, strainer, etc.). Basic foods such as sugar, vinegar, oil, spices are to be brought with you. But it's no problem - there are some supermarkets nearby. At night we slept with the window tilted and could listen to the sea. The terrace with a direct view of the sea was a dream! Ana and Ivan are very attentive and friendly hosts. They were always very responsive to messages and inquired several times if everything was right or if we needed anything. They gave us tips on excursions, restaurants, ... Conclusion: It couldn't get any better! :-

The apartment was very nice with an indescribably beautiful view of the sea from the balcony and even from the bed. The house has a direct entrance to the footpath by the sea and has some restaurants and shopping nearby. Beautiful Paclenica National Park is minutes away. The apartment was very well equipped and the hosts very friendly and helpful! We would come back anytime.

The host family was very kind and always ready to help. Luka's place is really nice and big! The apartment was fully equipped, really spacious and perfectly clean! There's also a big terrace which we were using for the whole vacation. The place is very close to the sea, the nearest beach is just one minute on foot. The second beach is concrete and about 3 minutes far and never overcrowded. The sea is super clear with easy access. There are two markets, green-grocery, three cafes/restaurants, bakery and three ATM's in the neighbourhood. It is also possible to rent a bike, e-bike or four-wheeler. There are many nice cycle routes in the countryside and nice running tracks (from 10 to 20 kilometres). We would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Everything was perfect during our staying in this charming apartment next to the garden. The architecture of the the house and the landscaping are amazing. Very good location for a relaxed holiday.

I can recommand Dragans place, as he is a great host, the place with pool is really nice and there is so much do do and explore in this area! I will come again!

The place was exactly how it was described in the picture with an amazing view from the balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants were a very short walk from the apartment and felt very safe walking at night. The apartment was also very spacious with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The throw rugs were also a massive bonus.

Great villa, clean modern and a decent pool. The rooms were perfect and the bathrooms were great. The views are spectacular and the villa is right above the beach. Pisak is a beautiful little town, it has a grocery store, a greengrocers, a bakers and a few restaurants. It is also built on the side of a hill so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The sea is so clear and the beach is a typical Croatian beach, small pebbles. I recommend buying the beach shoes they sell in the shop on the beach front. Omis is a 20 minute Uber ride and worth a visit, also Split is great, but gets very busy. Croatia is a beautiful country and the people are so kind and helpful. Also if you like Roman history Croatia is full of it. Also the Pizza's are amazing.

Very satisfied with our stay, the best apartment, view and location we've had with air bnb, by far! Great hosts; always there to answer any question and taking care of the pool, new towels and anything else you might need every day! Super clean and all you need for a comfy stay.

Many thanks to Gano for a lovely, warm welcome after our delayed flight. A pleasant bonus was the offer of a lift to the local supermarket to collect basic supplies. The apartment location is ideal as only 30 mins from airport with outstanding views. The view was our main reason for booking. The apartment has all necessary utensils etc although we ate out mostly. The Air Con unit was effective but only used 2 days as weather turned cold and stormy. There are a few bars and restaurants in walking distance - and only €8 via Uber to Old Town. A perfect location for a relaxing break with a very helpful host. Thank you both for a lovely stay at Beach House.

Me and my 70year old mum had a great week at Markos house. The way is directly by the sea and you have to step over some rocks and might get wet if it's too windy.Also there are many stairs if you want to go to the store so you gotta be quite fit. Just be prepared for an adventure. If you're there, its beautiful! If it's not too windy you can easily swim directly in front of the house,the water is clear and you can watch the stars at night and listen to only the waves and nature,really peaceful. I've stayed at many airbnbs before and met many nice hosts but I have to say Marko was just perfect.He picked us up at the airport by car and got us and our luggage to the house by boat.Went grocery shopping for us 2 times.Picked us up at the middle of the beach and got us home when we got lost on our way back on our first evening.Always easy to reach.Always really nice.He really did everything to make it as beautiful as possible for us.Thank you so much, Marko! It was a great experience! :)

We had an excellent stay at Dinka’s apartment in Zavala. The apartment was amazing; spacious, clean and stylish. Loved the big terrace with jacuzzi! Dinka was a lovely host, welcoming and always responsive. The restaurant downstairs served delicious food and the staff were so welcoming to their guests. Zavala itself was beautiful and tranquil with crystal clear water. We will be back!

Great place, down to earth and original!

It all worked out. We love the area. The view was great.

We were super happy in the accommodation and enjoyed the time very much. David and Izy were so kind, we had a couple of issues with the airline on arrival and therefore were not in the accommodation until night. We had a nice plate of food in the kitchen, so we could eat something right away at night and the next morning. Thanks very much for that! The apartment is super sweet and it has everything you need. The sea can be reached in 30 seconds and you can snorkel and swim there. When we were in the garden, we always had nice conversations with the two. They told us which restaurants are nice and where else we could go. Just a really great vacation and we will be happy to come back.

Marjan is a very pleasant and friendly landlady. We always got an immediate response to any questions. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos, except that you don't see how steep and narrow the approach is, and that the house is assembled with a 2nd, and is therefore a bit ringing. Due to the climate, all doors are warped, you could only open and close it with a lot of effort. The kitchen is well equipped, with all kinds of appliances. But it has,only, salt and pepper to season. The path to the sea is via several stairs, without railings, not so ideal for older people. Although a little off the beaten path we enjoyed the tranquility extremely. The bay is great and the water completely clean and clear. Unfortunately, the water in the hot tub turned green at the beginning of the 2nd week and we couldn't use it anymore. Nevertheless, we would have liked to have stayed longer.

If you want a total change of scenery, in a fully renovated fisherman's house, at the bottom of a small cove, Romano's house is for you. We spent the 3rd week of October there with great pleasure. While most restaurants are indeed closed, and the days end around 6:30 p.m., the absence of tourists, the good weather and a water temperature around 20°C were decisive assets.
