My family has a restaurant in which you can grab a coffee to go or you can sit down and eat delicious food while looking at the sea.

We stayed with Antonio in the house for 10 days in August. We were received very nicely by Antonio's mother, who carries out the check-in. She lives in a unit in the house, is available for questions but otherwise you don't notice her much. One evening, she grilled delicious fish for us. Great big pool, great outdoor kitchen and clean house. All as described. I will gladly come back.

Villa Emma

A great house! Everything is super new, just like in the pictures: clean pool, modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms each with double bed + 2 couches, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces (upstairs+downstairs). Beautiful view from the upper terrace of the sea and the mountains. The sea and supermarket are within walking distance. The place is small but sweet, it feels like it is being expanded - which is why you sometimes hear some construction noise. We didn't notice much from the neighbors. Josip is great, he personally welcomed us and explained everything and was always available. All in all: highly recommended for anyone who wants to relax a bit!! (Zadar is easily accessible, for example, with Uber in about 30 minutes.) We felt very comfortable.

I was at Damir's house with my kids and husband. It was very pleasant and very nice. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool and also on the beach. Damir is a very friendly host. Since we arrived late, he picked us up at the supermarket and took us to his house. The mom brought us fresh crêpes the next day and when they grilled he grilled extra fresh fish for us. A very warm family and a very nice house. Thanks Damir for the wonderful time☺️!

We had a great stay at Teas place. The house is like described on the pictures. Very tidy and clean. Huge Ground and house, Tea is always available when you have any question. The distance to Zadar is only available with car or Uber but Uber is not as expensive (10-15€ per ride). The pool is very nice and the kitchen has everything you need. I would definitely recommend it.

The pool and garden are top notch! The house is in the middle of nature surrounded by olive trees, vines which makes the environment particularly pleasant, comfortable rooms, perfectly equipped outdoor indoor kitchens. Andrej is a particularly thoughtful host who regularly deposited the fruit of his own crops (olive oil fig grape wine ….)! Zadar is about twenty minutes by car, as well as the island of Pag, in short we highly recommend it!

Villa Eleni

We had a really nice 14 days at Villa Eleni. No one can do anything for the weather, so it was all the better that the house was so excellent. There's really nothing missing! The owner Marija was very friendly and brought us homemade treats a few times. She would always have been available if we had a concern. Since it was no longer a high season, it was also very quiet all around the house. The direct beach section was also hardly visited. I can imagine it's a little full in the main season. The view directly on the lake and the beautiful sunsets were one of the highlights. We would definitely come again!

Amazing home in Rtina

we loved the place,loved our stay. very relaxed and beautiful,close to the beach as well,the amenities were great. overall a very nice experience,worth staying and the pooooool :)
