This modern luxury villa has an amazing sea view and a 10,5x4m heated swimming pool with built-in jacuzzi. Located 17 km from historical city of Zadar, it has two floors, each with two bedrooms, modern kitchen and cozy living room with a large terrace in front of the sea and quiet surroundings. Every room has a modern TV and AC unit and the house has beautiful garden and 600 sq/m of open space. Accomodation was perfect option when you are looking for queit holiday with small children. We really enjoy everything what this house provided for us. House was totaly clean and had everything what we needed. Garden provided many options for perfect rest. We enjoyed also sand queit beach situated under house and access to the sea for small child. Thank you for nice communication and approach. See you next year.

Very nice place, quietly located. The direct neighboring property is in German hands and is not rented, but only used by the owner and his relatives. These are extremely manageable. The images are 100% real. Alexej speaks German very well, helps and supports where he can. Since he is not on site himself, his employees are quickly on site in case of doubt and support where they can (live in the same place). We had a very nice time.

We spent wonderful days here. The amenities are excellent! Everything was super clean. After 1 week, fresh bed linen and towels were provided. The pebble beach is a 2-minute walk away. The view from the terrace is simply wonderful. The air conditioning allowed us to have restful nights! And it's quiet! In the middle of August, the beach was really crowded! Our kids loved the beach bar. There are various restaurants nearby. We made many trips: to Zadar, Nin, Split, the island of Pag, Krka National Park. Everything is easily accessible by car. Most importantly, the hosts are wonderful!!! Incredibly nice, warm and uncomplicated!! All in all, a place for a perfect vacation!

A fantastic place! Beautiful surroundings overlooking and direct access to the sea. Very nice to have a quiet private space with all the amenities you need. Ideal to return to and unwind after a day on the road. It is the perfect base for activities in the area, such as: Zadar, Krka national park and Paklenica national park. And of course the many beaches in the immediate area. In addition, the communication with Simone was also very pleasant. All in all, so highly recommended!
