Very cosy house in olive garden, big rooms, nice terrace, quiet landscape, beautiful view, few steps from the beach. We enjoyed the stay very much. Karlo is a very friendly, nice and communicative host. I can recommend staying in this location to anyone who wants peace and quiet, I wouldn't mind spending my vacation here again

Antonio’s place is well equiped, clean and tidy. You will find here everything you need. Location is perfect if you are planing to visit Pag and Zadar. Not far away by car you will find many beautiful beaches. Great choice to stay here 100% recommend.

We stayed with Antonio in the house for 10 days in August. We were received very nicely by Antonio's mother, who carries out the check-in. She lives in a unit in the house, is available for questions but otherwise you don't notice her much. One evening, she grilled delicious fish for us. Great big pool, great outdoor kitchen and clean house. All as described. I will gladly come back.

We had a great stay at Teas place. The house is like described on the pictures. Very tidy and clean. Huge Ground and house, Tea is always available when you have any question. The distance to Zadar is only available with car or Uber but Uber is not as expensive (10-15€ per ride). The pool is very nice and the kitchen has everything you need. I would definitely recommend it.

We spent wonderful days here. The amenities are excellent! Everything was super clean. After 1 week, fresh bed linen and towels were provided. The pebble beach is a 2-minute walk away. The view from the terrace is simply wonderful. The air conditioning allowed us to have restful nights! And it's quiet! In the middle of August, the beach was really crowded! Our kids loved the beach bar. There are various restaurants nearby. We made many trips: to Zadar, Nin, Split, the island of Pag, Krka National Park. Everything is easily accessible by car. Most importantly, the hosts are wonderful!!! Incredibly nice, warm and uncomplicated!! All in all, a place for a perfect vacation!

We had a perfect stay at the property. We were warmly welcomed and looked after, also spent a nice evening with the hostess. Everything as described and new as well as high quality furniture, kitchen and house as well as mega garden and terrace. Super close to the beach and on the dog beach of Razanac The place was very clean and all the necessary and even more was available. We actually did not like to move out. Thank you for everything!

We had a wonderful experience at this apartment. The host was fantastic and very responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were seamless, which we really appreciated. The apartment is centrally located, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and small beaches. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The only downside is that it’s close to the main road, which can be a bit noisy at times. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Wonderful place to recommend. Very nice apartment as described , very beautiful surroundings of a garden full of fruit. Resting on the deck, you can eat grapes and figs. The pool is beautiful, very well-maintained. Ivan and his whole family are very kind people, you could always count on their immediate help. The location of the apartment is also super close to the beach and not far from Zadar. You can get to Zadar in 25 minutes and the airport is 40 minutes away. I'd love to come back.

Boro is very nice and welcoming. The appartment is nice, clean and exactly as described. Communication was perfect and nothing was missing for a perfect trip to the beautiful Zadar.

We loved our stay here! The view off the balcony was amazing! The hosts were super fast in responding and always kind and friendly. The apartment was as pictured. We enjoyed being able to walk down to the water and right there is a little restaurant, grocery store, and the bus stop. Highly recommend!

My daughter had a great few days at Durdica’s apartment she felt safe, even arriving late from the airport and enjoyed the proximity to the sea for a morning dip. The apartment is a prefect size to be independent and cook meals at home but close to shops and restaurants. It was great for a few days meeting up with friends.

My daughter & I loved this apartment. It felt very homely, it was extremely well equipped even down to having the little things like pepper, oil etc. Things you would normally have to buy when you are self catering. The apartment was very clean, towels & bed linen smelt lovely & fresh. Beach towels were also provided which is a big bonus. We had read the reviews about how comfy the bed was, so we were dying to try it & it didn't disappoint. Petra the host was great for communicating, she made sure we had checked in ok & gave clear instructions & in the apartment is an information book of the surrounding areas, tours, best places to eat etc. She was also extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. We actually can't fault with anything in the 4 days we spent there!

Thanks to Belmont Realty for our stay at this very peaceful apartment! Amazing views from the balcony and in a quiet location it had everything we needed. The place is equipped with everything for cooking and relaxing. The host was super responsive and had excellent customer service thanks again for everything .

If you are looking for a very peaceful location within walking distance of shops etc then this is it. We loved our stay but the only thing I would mention is that the Uber drivers did struggle to find the place so make sure you have the map that Adrijan sends to show them but it was never an issue.

The outdoor space is fantastic and a great place to use as a home base for your trip. We loved the pool and deck. The sea is less than 5 minutes down the road and an easy walk (including with a stroller) to a rocky beach that’s very swimmable. There are bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance as well. Our group rented the whole house which is broken up into three two bedroom apartments and easily fit our group of 9, while still allowing for some privacy across the 3 families. We were able to park 3 cars without issue. Wifi works well as did appliances. The house is in a residential neighborhood so quiet times are enforced, particularly outdoor noise after 10pm. Ida and her family were responsive and the house was as advertised. Thanks for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful week. The house is beautiful by the sea and with 25° really fantastic. We use the sup often. The house is far away from everything, we hadn't realized that well but also made sure we really had a vacation and just really didn't do anything. The house has all the comforts, really ideal. We only found the beds very hard, but that is personal taste. Our 3 adolescents also found it a wonderful week.

We spent 5 great days with 13 people in Ivana's house. There are 5 double rooms upstairs, 4 of which have their own directly adjacent bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The 5th double room also has an en-suite bathroom, but you have to walk across the hallway. That's okay. On the ground floor is another double bedroom with a 3rd bed and another large bathroom. The kitchen is super equipped. A large dining table is directly adjacent to the kitchen. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and already covered with the bed linen. There were plenty of towels. The outdoor area with a pool and outdoor kitchen is amazing. We had great weather and were only outside. Ivana's house exceeded our expectations, I would vacation here again at any time. Ivana is a very kind host who always answered all my questions within a very short time. Thanks for the great time.

We had a wonderful week at the place! The equipment is top, you have everything you need for a nice vacation. The heated pool was great. The house is modern and we immediately felt comfortable!
