Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Općina Ražanac

We had a wonderful stay at Ana's house and hope to come back soon! Amazing views from the terrace, good internet connection, two bathrooms which is a comfortable extra, and a well-equipped kitchen. Ana and her parents are lovely hosts, they went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Das Haus ist liebevoll mit kleinen Details eingerichtet und Vesna hat irgendwie an alles gedacht. Die Aussicht ist ein Wahnsinn, die Lage ruhig, wir haben extra gut geschlafen und alles ist in TopZustand und Vesna wirklich zuvorkommend und freundlich. Besser geht’s kaum 🤩

Wir sind 2 h früher eingetroffen als geplant aber wir konnten Andrej eine Stunde vor Ankunft informieren und durften dann schon früher einchecken. Das Haus war sauber und etwas zu essen und trinken war schon für uns im Kühlschrank. Ein Angestellter von Andrej hat uns alles erklärt und kam auch jeden Morgen in der Früh als noch alle geschlafen haben um den Pool sauber zu machen. Im Haus kann man die Spülmaschine benutzen und auch die Waschmaschine, tabs und Spülmittel ist schon da gewesen. Außen schaltet sich die Beleuchtung automatisch am Abend an und lässt sich leider nicht manuell ausschalten was an machen Zimmern von draußen dann rein scheint. In der Nähe gibt es gleich ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker, die jeden Tag auf haben. Nach Pag sind es ca 30 min, dort ist auch die nächste Tankstelle und größere Supermärkte. Zum Meer sind es von der Wohnung nur 5 min zu Fuß und man kann auch ohne badeschuhe direkt ins Wasser gehen. Alles in allem kann man hier super urlaub machen. Gerne wieder!

Dom Nikoli położony jest blisko morza, ale jednocześnie w bardzo spokojnej okolicy. Dom w 100% zgodny z opisem i zdjęciami. Kuchnia doskonale wyposażona we wszelkie sprzęty oraz grill na podwórku umożliwiają gotowanie, jeśli goście mają na to ochotę. Szybkość internetu bez zarzutów. Dom Nikoli jest doskonałym miejscem wypoczynku i bazą wypadową do wycieczek do Zadaru, Jezior Plitwickich, wyspy Pag i Ninu, a Nikola jest bardzo przyjaznym i komunikatywnym gospodarzem.

Draganas Mutter hat uns sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen. Sie waren immer da, wenn wir Hilfe benötigten. Es war super, dass das Tor abschliessbar war und es überall Moskitonetze hatte. Nachteile waren: Das warmwasser war sehr begrenzt und man konnte höchstens 10 Minuten warm duschen. Das Bett war leider auch nicht so bequem. Unser WLAN war auch ziemlich schlecht.

The apartment was in an old building 1 minute of walk to the closest beach. The beds were clean. The equipment and furniture were in a working condition. The main benefit of this apartment is its location - perfectly close to the beach so ideal for family with kids like we are. There is a bakery 3 or 4 houses aside, then caffé bar where they have own produced ice cream. Also 2 restaurants are couple of steps from the apartment. The sea was beautiful, no crowded beaches. We used used Plaža Ražanac beach. It has small stones. And in the water there are areas with big rocks so you and your kids can enjoy some snorkeling and see fishes, crabs. First meters of the water were shallow (ideal for toddlers - can safely sit in the water). There are 2 playgrounds for small kids. And some fast foods are there as well. There are no loud bars, the area is calm. Overall Ražanac and this beach house is great for the families with kids. I would definitely visit this place again.

The house and pool were perfect for us! We used it as a home base while we explored the beautiful area. The pool and garden area was delightful; about 5’ deep across—and we had perfect weather. There are several restaurants very close by (about a mile) with delicious food. Loved the residents on the property—very gracious. The serene countryside experience was wonderful—highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Braanko. Le logement était très bien équipé pour nous et notre fils de 2 ans et demi. La terrasse est magnifique et offre une vue à couper le souffle. Nous étions en quête de vacances en famille, mêlées de mer et balades et nous avons trouvé tout ce qu'il nous fallait aux alentours. Branko s'est montré très disponible, réactif et amical. Nous recommanderons cette adresse autour de nous et nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir si nous en avons l'occasion ! MERCI !

Nous avons passé une nuitée dans cet endroit et tout s'est parfaitement bien déroulé. L'appartement était conforme à la description, propre et très bien situé. Les hôtes se sont montrés disponibles . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme et le confort du logement.

We had a wonderful time in Ljubac, I’d definitely recommend it. The hosting family was absolutely lovely and very accommodating. The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. It was so good to have a pool and a Jacuzzi, the kids loved it too, jumping into the pool the whole time and it really felt very luxurious in a quiet area with great views on the nearby beach and the mountains in the background. We had the ground floor apartment which has 3 bedrooms and a very spacious living room with dining and kitchen together. There are 2 pull-out couches in the living room to sleep on also. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have an air-conditioning, as the weather was very hot when we were there in August. There’s a small shop nearby in walking distance (10 mins) where you can buy essentials and in the nearby small harbour (7 min walk) at the beach bar we got very nice coffees.

We stayed at LaVida Penthouse for two nights and it was amazing! The Penthouse is new and the interior is very modern. The terrace is unique, the view is breath taking and is even much bigger the it seemed on photos. We enjoyed the jacuzzi on the terrace and the sauna inside. The bedroom we used was very comfortable had an en suite bathroom and a wonderful sea view but there are more bedrooms which are also wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet with just a few houses around. Location is great if you plan to explore Zadar county because it's close to the Highway (13km), to Zadar, Nin, island Pag. We're definitely satisfied with our choice and will recommend it to our family & friends we are looking forward to come back for an longer stay. Thank you Martina!

Eine klare Empfehlung! Sehr nette Gastgeber, persönlicher Empfang und Super Kommunikation! Sehr hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen, viele hilfreiche Tipps um die Gegend zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt! Die Solardusche war der Hit! Die Feigen immer sehr lecker und frisch! Wir waren super zufrieden und würden gerne wiederkommen! The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - die Wohnung war sauber, geräumig und modern. Wir haben die Terrasse mit der wunderbaren Aussicht auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang geliebt. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Nin, Zadar, bzw. die Erkundung der vielseitigen Landschaft mit dem Fahrrad oder E-Scooter optimal. Ein schöner Sandstrand ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren absolut lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons aimé qu’il soit un peu à l’écart du centre. La ville a l’intérieur des remparts est génial et si perdre n’est pas vraiment si perdre😉. Nous vous la recommandons.

Luka's place was even better than we expected - the Airbnb was spacious, modern and the rooftop deck was huge and had a view of Zadar old town! We walked into old town in less than 1/2h, used the secure underground parking and has a great time in the place.
