We loved our stay with Elza in Zadar. We were there 3 nights and wished we had stayed longer. Elza could not have been more helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and is set in a beautiful yard with olive tree and lime trees. There is a wonderful restaurant a short walk away. Easy to get to the old town of Zadar.

lovely accommodation in a perfect location. View from balcony was amazing. 3k walk along seafront to Zadar old town or around 4 euros in taxi. Property overlooks a lovely Marina, there is a road in front of property but that did not bother us. 10 min walk to a supermarket which is very reasonable and a little further a lovely beach bar that owners recommended on map in apartment which served the most amazing food at a great price. Lovely welcome drinks and food for our arrival, great instructions on how to access property, overall we had a lovely 4 day break

Mate and Martina’s apartment was IMMACULATE! Everything was high end and absolutely beautiful! The view was breathtaking and the hot tub and sauna was a wonderful touch. It was only 5 euros to Uber to the Old Town and approximately a 30-40 minute walk. We were greeted when we arrived and even spoiled with some snacks and wine from our host which we felt was such a sweet and generous gesture. We HIGHLY recommend staying here if you’re visiting Zadar!

We loved our stay here! The view off the balcony was amazing! The hosts were super fast in responding and always kind and friendly. The apartment was as pictured. We enjoyed being able to walk down to the water and right there is a little restaurant, grocery store, and the bus stop. Highly recommend!

My daughter had a great few days at Durdica’s apartment she felt safe, even arriving late from the airport and enjoyed the proximity to the sea for a morning dip. The apartment is a prefect size to be independent and cook meals at home but close to shops and restaurants. It was great for a few days meeting up with friends.

The apartment is great, everything is very neat, with remarkable cleanliness. A luxurious apartment where you feel good. The equipment is complete. The place is quiet, you will sleep well, large closet in the bedroom. Well-equipped kitchen, spacious balcony, the living room is nice, beautiful bathroom, the only downside is the shower, low slope for drainage, the water does not drain quickly enough and it can flood the room very quickly. I recommend it.

We stayed at Markus’ place with our family of 5. We had a great stay, the area is amazing and therefore waking up with the view from the big window was unbelievable. The swimming pool and great working AC’s make sure that you’re comfortable even when it’s very hot. It took some time to figure certain things out but due to Markus’ proactive attitude and clear communication everything worked out perfectly. Don’t forget to turn on the boiler for hot water! Markus really made this stay even better than expected, would highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! affordable accommodation and very nice house. good pool with as was reasonably large. Was still very close so they were easy to get to but recommend renting a car. Very kind hosts who were easily accessible.

Dali was wonderful and gave us a warm welcome. She was there to clean the pool and answer any questions we had about the area. Very friendly and kind. The house was comfortable and well equity with everything we wanted and more! We had a wonderful stay and everyone enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach!

We were warmly welcomed by Robert and his wife, and personally shown around. The room was perfectly fine, and we were welcomed with a drink and snacks. This apartment is an ideal base to visit Zadar or is close to the airport. Highly recommended! The parking in front of the door is convenient. Then you'll be downtown quickly with an Uber.

Mateo was very responsive and provided us with clear instructions. The home was absolutely beautiful and matches the photo/description!! The backyard was stunning and there was a great place to hang out as a family. The property is very clean and very well cared for. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Ana was super friendly and went above and beyond as a great host. I felt very much looked after, super accommodating, the place was perfect and a great start to my holiday. For a family of 10 we had so much space . Lots of facilities in both parts of the villa but we generally cooked downstairs and was so homely . Beds very comfortable and home had air conditioning . Local shops and big supermarket so could eat in or go out . We had two hire cars so went to plitvice lakes which is well worth the visit and also split .

If you plan to visit Zadar, this is the house to stay in. Calm neighbourhood, 5 min to the town center via Uber and it is as great as it looks on the pictures. Furthermore you will have the perfect, welcoming hosts in Antonija and Marko. We had a wonderful week, thank you!

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

The accommodation is just right! Still very quiet in the old town. The apartment is on the 4th floor of an apartment building without an elevator, but that was no problem for us. The hostess is very friendly and personally welcomed us and answered our questions. We were able to cook small things without restrictions. What I personally liked most is the clean large bathroom. The place is highly recommended!

The host made us feel very welcome when checking in. The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood, only a 10 minute walk from the centre. It’s furnished beautifully and was completely spotless. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation or is looking to explore the town of Zadar.

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

It was a great place to stay that definitely upgraded our stay in Zadar. The place fully complies with the photos and is fully equipped. To get to the apartment you have to go into a backyard that first clouds the appearance a little, but you should not be taken beforehand. Unfortunately, there were technical difficulties in the bathroom at first, which were a little uncomfortable at first. But after a short consultation with Gordana, she was able to quickly organize help and the disturbance was resolved in a few hours. In summary, Gordana is a great host and the place is definitely recommended.

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

Beautiful, stylish duplex apartment perfect for a group stay. It has three bathrooms, a jacuzzi, and sun loungers on the rooftop terrace with a lovely distant view of the Zadar Channel. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it’s a great place to relax. Host Maja was incredibly kind and always ready to help. Highly recommended!

We stayed there for the autumn holidays. Since the season was already over, it was very quiet and peaceful. A lot had already been closed. But Kata had warned us that we would be a week late, so to speak. Nevertheless, it was very nice there. We cooked ourselves, which was no problem in the well-equipped kitchen. For the 5 of us, two adults with three children (9,9,12), the space was good although we spent quite a lot of time in it and often had to eat indoors because of the not always good weather. The beach is also very nice in autumn and perfect with kids. We were also able to bathe well when the sun showed up. We would definitely come back.
