Very nice apartment in the middle of Istria! Ideal for reaching Rovinj, Pula or Opatija in a short time. Beautiful quiet location, perfectly equipped. Emanuela and her family welcomed us warmly and even showed us their wine cellar - including tasting. Lovingly restored stone house with well-kept garden and parking right by the house. Highly recommended!

Great location, can walk to everything. We had three couples and plenty of space. I would definitely recommend.

Our stay was super nice! My children, my wife and grandparents were visiting and we felt right at home. Very pleasant that we could start and enjoy our vacation like this. We were very warmly welcomed directly and shown the accommodation. The vacation at Maja's is highly recommended! The amenities are great and very satisfactory! We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! We had a great time at Irena's place. the welcome is perfect, the beauty of the accommodation, cleanliness, hospitality with local fruits and products, cool drinks even for children, sea view, accessibility to different places to visit as well. a very peaceful place with magnificent views. Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

The place had everything we needed, plus a spacious terrace and beautiful surrounding gardens. It was very clean and thoughtfully equipped. We stayed with our little one and felt at home right away. Big kudos to Tonka and her lovely family for making our stay so comfortable – and thank you for the big bag of cherries!

Beautiful place! We relaxed so much and the host Silvana was wonderful, I hope I get to be even half as good host as her. The view is breathtaking and the apartment has everything you need (minus shower gel and shampoo) and a very big store is nearby so you can have everything. In the apartment I loved the filter coffee option and that we could prepare our own food. Thank you Silvana, we will bring a gift next time ❤️

Nice place in a quiet setting, but close to the main strip.

The stay in appartment was lovely. It has everything you need. The host is very responsive and communication went smoothly. The window overlooks the restaurant terrace (which was transparently shown on the picture) - we didn't mind the buzz from the terrace since we were outside most of the time and if you close the window it minimizes the sound. There is probably wooden floor upstairs which makes some noice when the upstairs neighbours walk around but it didn't bother us too much. The host also let us stay there during the day since our departure was in the evening (since there was not another reservation on the day of our departure which is a grand gesture from the host 😊) Overall I would reccomend the stay 😊

I had the most comfortable stay here! The location is FANTASTIC! Located right across from the touristy shops and steps away from the water! AC worked very well, bed was comfortable, I had 2 towels, and the fridge was spacious and clean. There were 2 bottles of water in the fridge which were Godsent for such hot days! The washroom had body wash and shampoo/conditioner. Everything was perfect! Hanadi was super responsive in helping me get to my unit which was located at the very very top floor, past these wooden doors. The rest of her instructions were straight forward. Very friendly and kind. Thank you Hanadi!!🙏

Desanka and Robert were warm and welcoming hosts. Nothing was too much trouble including tips for things to do, where to eat and dropping me off at the bus for an early morning departure. The apartment was wonderfully clean and well appointed with a charming little terrace for relaxing in the evening. Hoping to return to Opatija for a longer stay next time and get to try Desanka’s soup.

The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. The place was comfortable and well-equipped. Particularly impressive was the breathtaking view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was also incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even let us stay in the apartment a little longer on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place to stay – we will be happy to come back!

Beautiful home with an amazing view of the sea. The kitchen has all the conveniences, the bedrooms are quiet and comfortable. The host is very friendly and extremely responsive. Short drive to supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and all the riviera beauty.

We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!
