The apartment is in a good location, many restaurants and sightseeing within walking distance. The host was very helpful with pointing out good places to get food. Overall a very good option if someone is looking for a vacation stay in Split.

The location is peaceful and host is responsive. We had trouble understanding the building number but host responded promptly and resolved the issue even though it is a rainy day! The apartment is smaller than what we see in pictures. It is clean and view of sea is good. It is free street parking and available anytime. There were some black ants coming from floor we realised only after our kid spilled some food leftovers. It would be better if dishwasher is provided, but overall it is value for money stay ! We had a great time there, the kids really enjoyed the pool and the sea as well. Very close to the beach, easy to reach it also with small children. Felix and Ratko were so nice and helpful!

The apartment was super clean and modern. We were able to cook there and clean our dishes with the dishwasher, which was a plus. There were even q-tips and a body scrub, so nice! Patty was welcoming and friendly, communication was easy and nice. She is such a lovely person ☺️. This apartment is 10+, would recommend it to everybody!

The reception was very friendly and we were quickly briefed on the important things. Communication was always fast, helpful and smooth. The accommodation is super equipped and has many aesthetic details - you can see it was furnished with a lot of love. Everything was clean, had good quality and was really nice and practical. There was a nice private terrace outside to eat in the sun, and there were also many small unexpected touches that made you feel at home. By car you can easily visit all the surrounding places, not far away are beautiful restaurants, shopping and the beach. 🌴 The accommodation is simply super nice and the stay deserves more than 5 stars. Our stay in Pula was fantastic. The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, and felt like a true home away from home. It was perfect for our short visit—we only wish we had more time to enjoy it. The space was dog-friendly, and our dog especially loved relaxing on the balconies. The location was convenient, with a great little coffee shop nearby. We had a car, so parking was important, and everything we needed was just a short drive away. Jasna was kind, communicative, and provided helpful directions since the location can be a bit tricky to find with the initial map. A wonderful stay overall!

We were the 2nd and 3rd week of September in Fabian's apartment. It is exactly as described, with attention to detail. We were also allowed to look at the other apartments. Really one more beautiful than the other. Fabian is super nice and accommodating. When the weather was bad, he immediately sent us an alternative program. Convenient location. Close to the beach and the small town. It's a bit uphill on the way home, but you can do it. We'd come back any time. Sincerely, Susanne and Johannes.

We had a wonderful holiday in Croatia It should be said to Nicole's apartment that it is very clean and tidy. It is equipped with everything you could could ever need and you feel comfortable. From there, many attractions are well reached by car. It is also very quiet. But you have to say that the pictures are a bit confusing. I would recommend booking this apartment for two at most. All in all we were very satisfied. Nicole is a friendly and helpful host and we will be happy to come back :)

We were warmly welcomed by Fabian and his mother. Our little mouse on four paws was also welcome. The space was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful view of the sea. The apartment is well maintained and furnished in a contemporary style. The kitchen is well equipped. We got tips for excursions and restaurants in the area and a delicious jar of honey as a farewell gift. We were always helped with questions. Thank you, we had a relaxing and beautiful holiday time.

Before we left, Fabian sent us the exact address via Google Maps, which made it much easier for us. We were received very nicely. The apartment was very clean and you had everything you needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful, you could see directly to the sea. The way to the beach was the only thing that bothered me a little. It took about 10 minutes to walk to the beach (downhill), and it took about 20-25 minutes to get back to the apartment (uphill). But everything else was perfect. We were given many tips for attractions, restaurants and nature parks. Pizzeria Nava was our regular place. Thanks for the wonderful time, maybe see you again!

Host was super nice. Always ready to provide information or assistance. There were good tips on excursions, restaurants, and attractions . to welcome you a nice plate with ham and cheese, wine and bread. The property is ideal to live in with dogs, a small market within walking distance. All in all a good place to relax perfectly

For a few relaxing days by the pool the property is very suitable. The place was very clean, very modern and also furnished to a high standard. The pool was also very clean and a real refreshment on hot summer days. However, if you are looking for proximity to the center, you should plan a half hour drive. All in all, a place to relax with.

The stay was very nice. We know the place on the island very well and felt at home from the first moment. You can relax in the stone house and its surroundings.

Apartment is nice, cosy and spacious. It has proper heating for winter months. Location is perfect for exploring Buzet area. Got a nice present from Nevia.
