Apartment vacation rentals in Opatija

We chose Daria's place on a short notice as we were looking for a place to stay in Croatian on our way from Italy, at a very late hour (around midnight). But even so, we were lucky to run into this place, which was prices at an incredibly low price (between €50-60), and in summer it's price goes over €200 per night. Daria was kind to accept our booking so late, and send us all the instructions you could ever imagine to need. Finding the house is not super easy, but self check-in is a breeze. The whole surrounding, the building and the apartment itself are incredibly charming and beautiful, you will feel like a resident of this lovely small town. The apartment is great, high quality, clean, has everything you need. The parking is free but a couple of hundred meters away, and Daria let us stay at the parking lot hours after we left the apartment. In summery, everything was great, highly reccomend. Not only the apartment, but the host, neighborhood, everything 👌👌

Hana's flat has one of the best panorama in the town. It is also very well equipped and the air condition is 5 star. Big and very comfortable bed. Hana is a very nice host, very responsive and helpful. The only thing we missed was a freezer for the ice but that is just a minor thing.

Very cosy and clean appartement! Just Perfect to go for a walk in the Center, enjoy the Water or just to watch people on the street. Not expensive at All and definitly Wörth the price.

We felt very comfortable. Everything as described. Large underground parking space, where our bikes could also be parked. Beautiful pool with loungers and umbrellas and great views. Fantastic tranquility in the residential area. All in all, highly recommend!

We had a great time in Opatija and liked D.'s apartment very much, thanks to the air conditioning it was very pleasant and you could sleep well. The apartment is centrally located and you could walk everywhere. Since the parking situation in Opatija is very difficult, D. quickly gave us a contact for a private parking space, which was virtually in front of the house and very fair in price, D. immediately took care of everything and everything was straightforward and nice. We would definitely come back! Thank you for everything!

The stay in appartment was lovely. It has everything you need. The host is very responsive and communication went smoothly. The window overlooks the restaurant terrace (which was transparently shown on the picture) - we didn't mind the buzz from the terrace since we were outside most of the time and if you close the window it minimizes the sound. There is probably wooden floor upstairs which makes some noice when the upstairs neighbours walk around but it didn't bother us too much. The host also let us stay there during the day since our departure was in the evening (since there was not another reservation on the day of our departure which is a grand gesture from the host 😊) Overall I would reccomend the stay 😊

We felt completely comfortable in Nika's apartment. She was always quickly accessible via chat and had many helpful tips about the surroundings. Although the apartment is compact, it offers everything you need thanks to the thoughtful layout and amenities (towels, linens, oil/salt, etc.). We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness and the loving preparation – even small snacks and fresh fruit were available to welcome us. We didn't miss anything. The location above Opatija brings a lot of peace and even a partial view of the sea. However, we underestimated the ascent and descent a bit – sometimes we had to think twice about whether to start the journey on foot in almost 30 degrees. However, since the significantly more beautiful beaches are in the region around Opatija and you have to rely on a car, that was not a particular disadvantage for us. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay, thank you Nika and Tomo!

Directly opposite a great market, very easy check in 2 minutes from the sea all around very good restaurants, and the very best restaurant was Ritzmarin 1 min away for lunch. A dream for the evening should be reserved 1 day in advance.

Wonderful location with easy/quick proximity to the waterfront promenade and restaurants. Beautiful terrace for morning coffee (great local café right next to the flat) or apératifs. Highly recommend .

The place is a dream. Aleksandra picked us up and the first contact was very warm, as if we already knew each other. We were also provided with bread, drinks, milk and fruit for the first morning, which is not a matter of course and is therefore very friendly of our hostess. Aleksandra gave us recommendations for restaurants. In addition, she asked us in between if everything was okay. That's a very nice gesture, too. We spent a wonderful week there and would love to come back. Best regards

We liked our vacation very much! Robert’s place is very nice, exactly as described, the view is simply amazing and the apartment is well equipped! Robert and his wife were both very responsive and kind! We recommend his place without any doubts and looking forward to come back ourselves!

It was very, very clean and you had everything you needed and even more. The place is also relatively easy to reach on foot via a long staircase. The only drawback was the driveway, I'll say this: you shouldn't have lowered your car. But all in all, it was a great stay.

This place is stunning. the open windows, the view, the jacuzzi, even air conditioned. the kitchen had all the utilities to make a Carbonara at least and the place was spacious to exercise on my yoga mat and work on the laptops. This is definitiely a cute getaway. There is a bar below but the sound was also very nicely isolated. Host was super responsive, also gave us new towels etc. Private Parking is outside the common parking area, which is much easier to park.

Spacious apartment with a great terrace. Mladen will wait for you at his private parking lot and take you to the apartment. He immediately carried some of the luggage. A short walk to the apartment but to get upstairs a bit of climbing. The suitcase was carried upstairs. Upstairs, you forget the stairs because of the atmosphere on the spacious and quiet terrace. Everything is available for a pleasant stay. Mladen answers the questions immediately and gives tips about restaurants and the area. We were sad to leave after a week.

Lovely place couldn’t fault it, fab views. Loved sitting in the hot-tub whatever the weather. But care needed when exiting hot-tub tiles are slippy. Use the boards provided to prevent slipping!

Staying with Elena was just wonderful! The apartment is modern, cozy and equipped with everything you need – you feel right at home. The private garden with terrace and the magnificent hot tub was particularly beautiful – perfect for relaxing after a long day🤗. Elena is incredibly warm and helpful. You can tell that she really cares about the well-being of her guests – the communication was straightforward and very friendly. The apartment was sparkling clean and lovingly furnished upon our arrival. Small details were also thought of, so you really don't miss anything. The quiet location and private outdoor area make the stay more special. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend this place! Thanks so much dear Elena🤗
