Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Olympic Valley

One of our favorite airbnbs located within 3 minutes driving distance of the Alpine Meadows ski lifts. Beautiful home with plenty of space for our group of 8.

We loved our stay at Mark and Chelsea’s. The cabin exceeded all expectations. The home had everything we needed including very comfortable beds, outdoor games, well stocked kitchen and fire pit we used each night for smores. We didn’t use the jacuzzi but it was clean and serviced while we were there. Our 2 year old begged to not leave and we didn’t want to either. Thank you for hosting our very special family vacay.

Great place very close the mountain. Jesse was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Our kids loved the bunk room and the video games! The house was extremely clean and kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. We were two families with 4 adults and 5 kids - so my only note is that the hallway bathroom on the second floor that services the king bedroom and the bunk room is a little small. However it was nothing we couldn’t manage, and we would totally rent this house again for skiing at Palisades!

Our stay at the Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The home was comfortable making it a joy to return to after our daily adventures. Everything was spotless clean, and a peaceful atmosphere made for a truly relaxing getaway. I was especially thrilled with the river being just outside the house, which set a relaxing atmosphere. We especially appreciated how kid-friendly the space was; it really made traveling with our little ones so much easier. Highly recommend this Airbnb and to anyone just looking for a peaceful and kid-friendly getaway. The Hosts were amazing as well as very responsive and offered an early check in and late check out. Anette's home was absolutely fantastic! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for walks with the family and dogo. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful, making our stay a truly memorable experience. The place is HUGE! Everyone can have their own private space. The kitchen is fantastic, with plenty of room, and the stovetop will make you want to cook!

Ideal home for family with kids! Great location, lots of amenities as well as fun kid spaces. We were there in winter. Shuttle picks you up at door step and drops you back at door step after skiing!Everything was well equipted and made the stay quite comfortable for all!

Modern rustic, aesthetically pleasing decor, peaceful & serene location, bucolic sunrises, close drive to Stagecoach, cozy tiny kitchen, personal touches in bathroom & kitchen - like: makeup cloths, mouthwash, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, tea, Keurig pods, chapsticks & hand sanitizer, family friendly games, 2 modern fireplaces & battery operated candles, make for a pure escape into the mountains & trees, close to the clandestine most beautiful lake. I only wish the hot tub was available year round, especially after a glorious day shredding the slopes! Thank you to Michael - for being attentive to details & design, available to queries, & flexible with plans. Our family, including our Samoyed, Nicco, enjoyed our stay & adventures in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains! 🏔️ It was really hard to leave & look forward to returning soon!

The place is clean, well appointed, and a great location close to resort. Hosts go out of their way to make a first class experience with several nice amenities including stocked coffee bar, well equipped kitchen, and a nice welcome package sitting in each bedroom. The place is awesome for the price.

My family and I spent a wonderful weekend at this cabin. Cabin was well set up, beds comfortable, many games/ equipment available for use. The hot tub and views from the deck were amazing. Highly recommend!

Ideal location for a family ski trip. Parked in heated garage and didn’t have to get in the car until it was time to leave. Spacious and fully stocked. Would stay again.

This was a beautiful home. It more than comfortably fit my group of six. It was clean, spacious, easy to find, close to fun things, and very comfortable. Staying here was a blast and we’d definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Tahoe City. Our accommodations felt like a home away from home, so we were able to enjoy some family time away. It felt safe and secure. The kids found the games late during our stay, and want to come back to enjoy them and the home.

We loved staying at Kate’s place! It was so cozy and close to so many fun hikes. She was a great host and we’ll definitely be back soon!

Steven was very friendly, easy to reach and fast responses. The cabin is quaint and comfortable, if the couch was a bit bigger might be more comfortable. The kitchen was perfect and being that we stayed in for dinners was fantastic, the stove and hood system was amazing! Loved the bedrooms in the upstairs loft, super cozy and comfortable. Would absolutely return and appreciate Steven's communication and overall positive approach!

What a beautiful place to stay and really convenient to Palisades/ Truckee. The host were really accommodating with our check-in and checkout times due to inconvenience of traveling and communicated very well. We accidentally locked ourselves out at one point during our stay and they responded within seconds. Highly recommend to stay here. Also, we missed this in the description of the house, but there is only one driveway. We were able to get creative and fit four larger cars in the driveway. ;)

We had a great stay at this dog-friendly cabin. I came with a friend and our pups, and the fenced side yard was a huge plus—super convenient and gave us peace of mind. The location is hard to beat—an easy walk to the main beach, restaurants, and even Safeway. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout. We’d definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in North Tahoe! We were traveling with two dogs and quickly felt right at home. The house was even better than the photos. The cabin was cozy, very clean, and featured a well-stocked kitchen with excellent coffee-making options. Everything was very new—from appliances to pots, pans, to towels and bedding. Located less than a 10-minute walk from North Shore beach and a few minutes' drive from Kings Beach, it was the perfect spot for all our outdoor activities. Lisa was an exceptional host—very responsive, offering early check-in, and when a minor maintenance issue arose, she proactively checked in regularly to ensure everything was resolved. We can't wait to go back!

As a family we have traveled to different ski resorts across the US. This is by far one of our favorites. The unit was just as described. Close to the Palisades Ski Resort, restaurants and just a short drive to the lake. Eric responded very quickly to any questions we had. The unit was very clean! The kitchen had everything you might need! There are lots of windows in the living room and the view from the unit was so nice. The hot tub was an added bonus that was enjoyed by all. Lots of walking trails! While there we enjoyed a major spring snowfall, it was beautiful! We can't wait to go back!!!

Beautiful views and a beautiful home. We enjoyed the proximity to the mountain and loved getting into the hot tub every day. It made our spring skiing break so perfect.

Bob's place is an amazing place to stay. As soon as we walked in, we were impressed by the space and cleanliness. Bob is very pleasant and responsive in communications. Our party was happy and will stay there again.

The place and location were perfect! The place was pristine. We had everything plus in amenities and items needed for a very pleasant stay. The place was within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. If we ever visit Lake Tahoe again we will definitely stay here.
