Cabin vacation rentals in Olympic Valley

Tidy, warm, hot tub always a great perk, super close to everything downtown. Affordable, lots of cooking amenities, easy check in and out. Cozy. This is our second time staying there and plan to do so for every future trip to tahoe city!

The property was exactly what we were looking for. It fit our group perfectly. Kitchen was very spacious and usable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hot tub was also an excellent addition. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

My family and I spent a wonderful weekend at this cabin. Cabin was well set up, beds comfortable, many games/ equipment available for use. The hot tub and views from the deck were amazing. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the stay at Tina's place. Her house is in a quite neighborhood and very close to the sugar pine point state park. Tina provided very detailed check-in instruction and the place is well-equipped (you can even use the bikes from the shed). We had an issue with the hot water from the shower and she quickly communicated back and arranged for the fix. I recommend to stay in this place.

We had a great stay at Shannon & Quentin’s property, wish we could’ve stayed longer. The house/property is very clean, nicely decorated/appointed, and a really good location. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for one night but it was lovely. They had everything that we needed and it was very clean and put together and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

This cabin was perfect for our truckee get a way. Additionally, the wood paneling all throughout the inside kept the place smelling so fresh and clean!

This place is an absolute gem. The decor is stunning—thoughtfully curated with impeccable taste and attention to detail. Everything inside feels high-end, from the furniture to the finishes, making it not just a place to stay but a space to enjoy. The location is perfect, tucked away in a peaceful area yet still close to everything you’d want to explore. But the real showstopper? The backyard. It’s unreal. Our kid had the best time running around and playing freely, and the creek out back is serene and beautiful—a perfect spot to unwind with a morning coffee or evening drink. You can tell the host put real care into every corner of the home. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and stylish getaway

We loved staying at Mike's cabin. It was a perfect relaxing getaway for us and our dogs on a very quiet street with nearby trails. We enjoyed the cozy feeling of the cabin and were glad to have a well stocked kitchen for cooking and plenty of firewood for unwinding at night. Mike was very friendly and communicative, and was able to offer some local suggestions when asked. Just a heads up - if you don't have 4 wheel drive, you may want to use chains to get up the last couple hilly streets to the cabin in case of icy or snowy conditions. Once we arrived, though, the stairs to the cabin were completely free of ice and snow. Thank you, Mike!

Beautiful cabin in the woods with comfortable beds and relaxing hot tub. Hot tub was already warm when we arrived and no extra charge to use the hot tub. Wonderful kitchen where we made breakfast and we went out to dinner at local restaurants. About 10 mins away from Boreal and Donner Ski Ranch and close to several other Tahoe Ski resorts. We woke up to several cute chipmunks running in the snow right outside the sliding door. Would go back.

Perfect place for 2! Had everything we needed to be comfortable. Were there to rest after 2 weeks exploring national parks and found the deck conducive to relax, walkable distance to town and beach. Some traffic noise but the view trumps that. Host responds when needed yet honors privacy. Would stay again.

We had a great time at Michelle and Connor's place. There was plenty of space for two families of 4 plus dogs. The location is close to everything yet still feels peaceful. You are minutes from groceries and old town Truckee and 20 minutes from skiing. We would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful place! This is a rare Airbnb that’s even prettier than the photos. Rene was very communicative and we felt very at-home for our weekend there. Such a cozy place to relax while hitting the slopes.

We had a wonderful time! the location was beautiful, check in was easy, hosts were very helpful. The place was very clean. Comfy beds, good bathrooms, and the kitchen was so well stocked, we couldn't believe it! They had every utensil and spice that we could ever need, we were impressed! I have never been to an airbnb so well stocked in the kitchen. We were a group of 4 adult on a ski trip and we were really comfortable. We would love to book here again.

Lake Tahoe is beautiful and from the front deck you have the most beautiful view of snow capped mountains. The cabin has the exact feel you want staying in a mountain home! The stairs are daunting at first but you WILL get used to them

Host was extremely friendly and responsive. My team loved hanging out in the family room and took full advantage of the hot tub! There were some bonus items that my grouped loved like the dart board, giant movie selection of 90s/early 2000s movies :) Overall a great place to stay with a large group!

Highly recommend this place for anyone staying near the Tahoe City/Truckee area. It was spotless, quiet, and offered plenty of privacy. We also loved the hot tub and cozy interior. The location is excellent - just a 10 mins drive to downtown Tahoe City. We’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Lake Tahoe!

The house was fantastic! Jason was super prompt to respond to our questions. The house was perfect for my friends and I to escape for a few days! It was a great location to be able to explore both sides of Tahoe.
