Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Old Town, Bologna

Wir haben hier zu dritt ein verlängertes Wochenende verbracht. Absolut perfekte Lage. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtzentrum, 2 Minuten von der Piazza Maggiore entfernt. Wir haben sehr gute Empfehlungen bekommen, besonders das Eis bei der Cremeria Santo Stefano hat uns besonders gut geschmeckt. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir empfangen, haben sogar eine Flasche Wasser geschenkt bekommen. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt, da alles sauber und gepflegt war. Es hatte sogar einen kleinen Vorrat an Kaffee. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Franca and Mario met us upon our arrival. They were flexible enough to allow us early check in. Moreover, they made it a point to recommend to us places to visit and places for food. The Abnb is just across the Bologna Station yet there is no noice due to the station‘s design. Last but not least, there is nothing ‘Tiny’ about the Abnb as it’s spacious and full of amenities.

Great small flat in a quiet location, the only sound in the morning was birdsong. Near the university so plenty of lively eating places nearby. Also walkable to the city centre. A great location for wandering and exploring beautiful Bologna

Fabulous location, right in the centre of the old town. Everything on walking distance but still with a drop off by taxi at the door. Lovely, bright, modern apartment. Will definitely stay here again.

Posticino molto confortevole dove alloggiare col proprio partner, ben arredato, pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario per passare una o più notti! consiglio a chi vuole passare delle giornate a Bologna

Ci siamo trovati bene sin da subito! Con me e mia zia c’era anche il mio bambino di un anno e mezzo e gli spazi erano sicuri e puliti, accoglienti. È stato tutto perfetto, il soggiorno, le varie stanze, la posizione, proprio tutto! Sicuramente chiederò disponibilità nel caso dovessimo recarci di nuovo a Bologna. L’host è stata gentile e amichevole, abbiamo comunicato facilmente ed è stata sempre presente quando ho avuto bisogno di aiuto. Nell’appartamento c’era tutto il necessario é stato come essere a casa. C’erano anche di verande, abbiamo potuto stendere da una parte e rilassarci nelle sedie dell’altra veranda. Comodo l’accesso col passeggino sia nella rampa che con l’ascensore. Insomma ci siamo trovati davvero bene in tutto e per tutto! É stata un’esperienza e un soggiorno di 3 notti bellissimo! Torneremo! Sara, Valentina e Leonardo 💙💜🩵

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Bologna! It was our first visit to this part of Italy and we loved it. The apartment is in a great location. There is a local convenience store a few minutes away where you can get all of your essentials. Nicoletta was a great host, very responsive to my messages and made sure check in smooth and we were happy with everything. There is a wonderful restaurant right next door to the apartment which was brilliant and highly recommended, called Sette Tavoli.

Tolle Wohnung, hilfreicher Gastgeber, tolle Lage! Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen der Stadt. Es ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden. Cafés, Bars, Supermärkte, Drogerie in wenigen Schritte zu erreichen. Piazza Maggiore 5 Minuten entfernt. Sehr empfehlenswert! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastisk vistelse !!! Vi var 3 personer som bodde här i 5 nätter. Ligger bara 30 min utanför Bologna uppe i bergen med en makalös utsikt. Vi fick varsitt sovrum som alla var svala trots värmen ute. Lyxigt med 2 badrum med både dusch och toa när man är flera. Finns allt man behöver och till och med en tvättmaskin om man är där länge och behöver tvätta. Varje morgon stod det nybakade godsaker utanför dörren till oss som herren som har huset hade ordnat. Otroligt lugnt och fridfullt och det ända man hör under hela dagen är de olika fåglarnas kvittrande. Hit åker vi gärna igen❤️

Lovely very large secure garden which was ideal for our dogs. The pool was lovely and the eating area outside the kitchen was ideal. The house was comfortable and spacious and air con in 2 of the bedrooms was lovely as kept the whole house at a lovely temperature. Local bakery ideal for breakfast. 2 of our party went to the aqua park and loved it. We also visited Ferrera and Bologna.

L'alloggio di Elena era immacolato; ampio e organizzato benissimo. Elena è sempre stata attenta e rapida nella comunicazione, dalla prenotazione al check-out. Tutto perfetto e super consigliato!

Beautiful home in a beautiful area. Can step from the backyard onto miles and miles of beautiful hiking trails to the nearby, incredible views from the second outdoor dinner table, house was clean and surprisingly well-equipped for how rural the area is (dependable power, warm shower, thoroughly well-stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, comfortable beds, clean and delicious spring water available from the taps, the works). Host was very responsive and helped with issues, even despite not being in the area the weekend of our visit, and they sent someone (Marco) to help bring our things, drive to and from the town center, and treat us to some local wine and fresh bread when we arrived. Marco was also very responsive, one text away, and happy to help with anything that we needed. Overall a really comfortable and beautiful accommodation. Would happily stay again.

Antonio was a great host. He was prompt answering any questions we had. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and minimal. A great location for wandering Modena and many great shops and restaurants in the area.

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

Marco and Pia are amazing hosts! Their home is very well done and very comfortable! We had everything we needed! Walking distance to the train, which was convenient for us!!

Wij waren met 1 doel in Bologna: De beste restaurants ontdekken. Daarvoor was het appartement perfect gelegen. Da Me, Diana en I Carracci allemaal op wandelafstand. Enoteca Italiana vlakbij.

From first contact Filippo was responsive and helpful, his mother was there when we arrived and showed us through the apartment. It is well curated with everything plus more (drinks in fridge etc) The apartment is spacious and modern in a beautiful old building, so close to everything but also quiet. I would put in luxury category for an air BnB

Appartamento molto bello. Siamo stati benissimo perchè la casa è comoda, spaziosa e luminosa. C'è anche molto spazio nei vari mobili soprattutto nella camera da letto. Frigo abbastanza capiente e pulito. Ottimo il collegamento a Internet. Ottima la posizione con il supermercato e farmacia sotto casa e comunque non lontana dal centro e dalla stazione. Zona servita da tanti mezzi pubblici. Il condominio è grande ma silenzioso ed è fornito di 2 ascensori. L'unico consiglio è quello di dotare l'appartamento di un aspirapolvere per facilitare le pulizie perchè con la sola scopa o il panno per spolverare non si riesce a pulire bene soprattutto nei posti più difficili. Lenzuola, asciugamani e coperte pulite e abbondanti. Ottima lavatrice

Diese Wohnung erfüllt alle Ansprüche. Ich habe mich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Marco und Chiara haben zu Beginn, als ich noch ein oder zwei Fragen hatte, sofort geantwortet und hilfreiche Tipps ipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist hell, hat Morgen- und Abendsonne und ist gut gelegen - 7-8‘ von der Porta Maggiore und damit der sehr schönen Strada Maggiore mit vielen Geschäften, Bars und Einkausmöglichkeiten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist auch ruhig, die Nachbarn sehr freundlich, wenn man sich sieht. Auch die Strasse, in welcher die Wohnung liegt, ist sehr schön und hat Zonenparkplätze, die sich über eine app bezahlen lassen. Fazit: Gastgeber topp, Wohnung super (ich werde zurückkommen) und die Stadt grosse Klasse! Es war alles perfekt.

What a wonderful place to stay, right in central Bologna near the train station and at the same time pristine and peaceful. Very well soundproofed and quiet, and very clean, well-maintained and secure. Two beautiful rooms and a comfortable living room and functional kitchen. Spotless bathroom and handy washer and dryer. The host is very friendly and responsive, providing clear advice, recommendations and instructions. Bigger and more livable than a hotel room at a better price, with many restaurants and stores within an easy walk. Our first choice for a return to Bologna. We would love to stay here again!

Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet und gut gelegen für Stadterkundungen. Bester Eisladen der Stadt nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Und das Highlight ist der Balkon, auf dem sich morgens ein Kaffee in der Sonne genießen lässt.

Perfect little spot in Bologna! Loved how quiet it was at night, but just a few minutes' walk and I was surrounded by amazing restaurants and lively streets. Got the best of both worlds - peaceful retreat when I needed it and easy access to everything the city has to offer. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment is well positioned, next to a park and close enough to the city center to be reached by easy walking. It is exactly as in the photos and has everything you need for a stay. An additional plus is the comfortable garage because it is quite difficult to find a free parking space in Bologna. Olga is an exceptional host, always available, ready to help and give advice.
