We had such a wonderful and relaxing time at the Pacifica Beach House! It’s so well stocked with games and everything is beautifully clean. The views are incredible and it was so fun to just relax as a family and play cards and cook dinner and go for walks. We’d come back anytime!

Great place to gather with family and friends. The house was well equipped and kitchen was well stocked and very clean. Rooms and bathrooms are a bit on the smaller side but the common areas are spacious and cozy. The house has just amazing views of Lake Tahoe. We absolutely enjoyed staying here.

Great stay for a low-key gathering of friends which included a few young children. Spacious common area was great for everyone to be able to hangout together. Kitchen was well-equipped; we cooked a few meals. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. Responsive and friendly host. Flexible checkout. Would stay again!

This place was AMAZING. I didn't want to go anywhere because the views and setting were so beautiful. I just loved walking up and down the beach path and sitting on the deck enjoying observing the surfers. We saw dolphins one day. Both of the living areas (dining room and living room) were positioned so you could enjoy the natural beauty. People were so friendly and the neighborhood was chill- not always what you find in popular destinations. The kitchen is well stocked and the cook enjoys some great views too. We cooked some of the time and ordered in the rest- because who would want to go to a restaurant when you could have a view like this? The home itself is old and has some wear that is expected with a beach front home. The woodwork throughout the home is beautiful and adds a nostalgic feeling. This really is a special place. For us, it was a splurge- but well worth it. I dream about returning. Thank you!

Laid back living in this seaside home! Views are just stunning from the living room and lower floor. Seaside deck wraps the entire west end with access to beach just steps away. The real attraction of the home! Rainy days did not keep us from exploring tides and boulders every day. Community was quiet and i enjoyed running multiple times. Kitchen was well stocked and the family cooked multiple times. Crescent City boast multiple restaurants to choose from and we tried many of the recommendations in the guide book. Easy access to the natural wonders of the Redwood forests, with the amenities of a seaside town. A fantastic family vacation!

Wow! This home has an exceptional setting - the spectacular views of the ocean from the great room are mesmerizing. The master bedroom and lower level bedrooms all have gorgeous views of the ocean as well. The Ocean Bluff Trail passes right behind the house, making it so convenient to explore the coast. Great for nature lovers - we saw seals, deer, rabbits, fox, and many varieties of sea birds. Also the home is pet friendly and our dog loved it! Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Beautiful house, with amazing forest views out the large windows. I loved the wifi speakers that could play throughout the whole place, including one that was battery powered and could be moved around, and sounded great. Well-maintained hiking trails start right out your door through the forest, and can go all the way down to the beach. Very comfortable bed. Fast wifi. Lovely decor. Great selection of coffee equipment. Floor heaters in bathroom and kitchen are appreciated on cold mornings. Hot tub was great; plenty of space for 3 people to stretch out, more than that will get cozy. Very private location -- there is one close neighboring house but it was vacant during our 1 week stay. Doesn't get a ton of direct sunlight due to all the beautiful towering trees around. Some forest maintenance was happing on weekdays during the day which was mildly annoying noise but not the host's fault. Recommend checking out Gualala Point Regional Park, was a nice easy walk with fun views.

We stayed here for our 23rd anniversary, and this home exceeded our expectations. We normally stay bluff side, but I'm glad we didn't. Pauline has put so much thought into making this the perfect get away and the layout is ideal for a couple looking for a quiet and private retreat. We loved the hot tub, views, fireplace (which worked great ;-) and the wonderfully comfortable beds. Many whale spouts and great dinners at the Vue and Sea Ranch Lodge where we charged our car.

The home was laid out well for our expanded family. The bathrooms were large and updated. The beds were extremely comfortable! We loved the view and the quick walk to the coastal walking trails. Our hosts were very attentive and provided lots of detailed information so that we could enjoy our time.

Deldi is an excellent host. Great communication and always easy to contact. The home is in a great location. Two minutes to the bluff trail and you can sit on the balcony with a glass of wine looking at the sun setting over the ocean while deer graze in the front yard. Magical!

Wonderful stay - I was looking for a peaceful comfortable retreat in a very natural setting, but with enough amenities to entertain and care for small kids. This was perfect! The kids enjoyed the beaches in the area, the hot tub, making smores at the fire pit and playing in the home. The dog run was great for our dog's potty breaks without getting lost in the woods and the whole Sea Ranch area is super dog friendly. We had a great time! Hope to come back.

We enjoyed a one night stay at the house to celebrate a milestone birthday at the coast. The house was lovely and well appointed, the directions were clear and friendly, and the location was amazing. After playing on the beach, we relaxed with wine on the balcony grilling dinner and watching the sun set over the water. The stay was the perfect balance of luxury celebration and low key cozy for us.

Exactly as described. The house was clean and beautifully located on the shoreline in Sea Ranch. Enjoyed walking along the bluff trail, watching whales spout from the living room, and exploring the local coffee shops and few restaurants.

Sarah's place was such a vibe! Could see the ocean's view in the backyard, and very near to the beach if you want to take a stroll. Also well located with Safeway just 5 mins away. About 30 mins to SF, and 20 mins to Half Moon Bay. Quiet neighborhood which was great for us.

It was such a wonderful girls weekend away in Bodega Bay. The place has the most beautiful views and it is a short walk to the beach. Everything in the house was nice and in order and the hot tub was amazing. The views and location are hard to beat! I hope to be back.

The house is absolutely amazing. It’s a short drive to restaurants and shops. The walk to the beach is only a couple of minutes. The ambiance of the house is warm and cozy. So many amenities were available including the indoor fireplace, the outdoor grill and fire pit, as well as bikes for the family. The outdoor space is perfect for dining. Even though it was a bit cold, the outdoor heater made it warm enough to stay outside at night. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming. Absolutely loved the house and we really hope to come again.

This was the perfect house for our family. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfy. The living room on the top floor had amazing views of the ocean. Would highly recommend for a family getaway.

Andrew was a great host who was responsive and proactive. The space was comfortable, quiet and within walking distance of the ocean. The king sized bed was comfortable. There is a small kitenette with a mini-fridge. Parking is on the street in front of the unit. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this for your visit to Santa Cruz!

This place is paradise. The views are unreal, coast to coast green and sea, kite sailers and hangliders. You walk about 5 minutes to the beach you can see from much of the house. The home is incredibly spacious; we were two families each with two preschoolers and somehow there was enough distance within the house that one batch of kids could sleep while another batch napped. The fenced in yard kept the kids entertained when it was rainy and cold and none of the adults wanted to sit at the beach. Total dream stay!

The house was clean, with beautiful surroundings and great accommodations. The area is quiet, with easy access to town. Our favorite part of the house, aside from the easy access to the beach, was the Press Room - a small building with a bar, games, and press clippings adorning the walls. Overall, my family and I would happily stay here again.

This property lives up to its reputation. It's a bit more than I would normally spend, but I have ZERO regrets. I was surprised at how much I liked Crescent City, too. Super friendly people. If I can, I will absolutely rent this place again in the future. I loved the amazing beach access and perfect view from spotlessly clean windows. (Beach rentals frequently have cloudy, spotted windows which impede the view. NOT this place.) The living room is like an infinity pool into the ocean. The property has everything you need and more, with thoughtful additions everywhere. Spectacular location, garage with easy access; nice laundry and beautiful, well-stocked kitchen; heated floors in the bathrooms and lots of clean, nice linens, including white bathrobes and big towels to use when going to/from the awesome hot tub. The only nitpicks I can come up with are that the guest shower was kind of small and cold, and the bed in the main bedroom was a bit creaky. Still super comfortable, though.
