Unique Shepherds hut close to Broads National Park

SonyaRating, 5 stars12 months ago
"Wow" what a find! Such a beautiful place and so peaceful. The Shepherds hut was even better than it looked ,in the pictures and very spacious considering. It was spotless inside and had everything you needed. I loved that we arrived to homemade cakes and goodies in the fridge. My son loved the animals and we were very lucky to meet Bob who kindly told my son about the animals and let him help feed some of them. Bob and Helen are excellent hosts, they go above and beyond from start to finish and nothing is to much trouble. We shall be back.

Enchanted Woodland Glamping Cabin King Nutkin

GrahamRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I loved the peace of the woods. Although the toilets and showers were away from the hut, there was a block assigned to each hut, so you had your own services while there. Hunstanton is only 25 25-minute drive away and the Sandringham estate is only a matter of miles. It was like camping again but with a lovely warm and comfortable shepherds hut instead of a tent :) Will return!

Unique Shepherd's Hut

AnthonyRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was perfect and very well designed. Lovely surroundings, was really nice having breakfast looking out to the meadow and seeing Iggy the horse, the goats and the chickens. Claire bought us a homemade loaf on arrival which was really nice. The log burner also gets really hot which was a good thing as my partner really feels the cold. Would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again next time I venture this way.

The Scrumpy Shepherd, Brandeston

Beautiful location, unbelievably quiet, beautiful scenery. Followed the instructions to the hut which are spot on, definitely a wow from us when we went inside. Log burner available if it’s chilly at night. Decor is Pristine, lovey little touches here and there. Couldn’t fault anything lovey and clean, nice comfy bed and bedding, with little extras on arrival to enjoy on the fire pit outside. 😊 Would highly recommend if you need to get away from noise and the hustle and bustle of city life, it is so so quiet. Lovely little pub round the corner if you enjoy walking, nice food pleasant staff. Only thing I would say is bit difficult to get the fire pit or log burner started with no paper. Kindling and logs available though.

Shepherds Hut Suffolk, Vintage, Romantic Glamping

ElliRating, 5 stars33 months ago
Jonny and Jackie were very friendly hosts, who checked on us but also gave up space and privacy. The cabin is very unusual and it was really cool that it was all made from reclaimed materials (even the insulation!). There isn't a shower anymore but the outside loo is useful at night and the bathroom in the house is very nice. The garden is also lovely and if the weather's good you have plenty of space, and it's a great place to sit and relax. We had everything we needed. The cabin is very small as expected but cosy and comfortable and the outside cooking area is well-equipped (although only one person can cook at a time because it's little). If you're staying here as two people it would suit a couple or someone else you know very well who you're happy to be in close proximity with!

Cambridge Shepherd’s Hut

EmmaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The Cambridge Shepherd’s Hut is truly the most gorgeous, cosy Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Check in was easy, the place was absolutely pristine and everything seemed new, very stylish, the space was also thoughtfully put together with little touches like hooks for towels, reading lights, slippers, space to put muddy shoes, milk and freshly ground coffee. The log fire is a really awesome feature, we felt so cosy. The bed linen is high quality and the bed is super comfortable. Note - there is a fridge available for use which is handy. It’s so easy to get into Cambridge from Histon and explore the area. On one day we parked in Grantchester and walked to the Fitzwilliam museum which was a gorgeous walk which I recommend.

My husband, 7 year old son and I had a wonderful stay in the shepherds hut. Everything was beautifully decorated and clean. When the bed was pulled down, we could then use our projector to watch a film on the white background, which was perfect. The location was quiet and peaceful with some lovely walks surrounding it. I highly recommend!

Hut with dog friendly fenced meadow & hot tub

AnikaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We had an amazing couple of nights away at this beautiful hut, surrounded by stunning views. The hut had everything and more, including a hamper full of delicious food! The owners have thought of everything and the robes are a fabulous idea. The fenced meadow was ideal for our two dogs, one is reactive and can’t be off lead, so this was perfect. Both dogs were content whilst we relaxed in the hot tub with a few G&T’s, watching the sun set. We walked to Harleston, which is a lovely little town about 3 miles away. JD Young is a lovely place to eat, the food was amazing and the bar and outside area are dog friendly. To sum up, this is a lovely place to escape to and unwind. We hope to return for a longer stay in the near future. Thank you Beverley and Stuart 😊
