Enjoy a stay in this stylish flat with windows looking out onto greenery. Located in the buzzy area of Kentish Town, so also very central and with amazing transport links to all areas of London via tube and overground. (Kentish Town tube is back OPEN now. Station is 7 min walk away). Walk to the amazing new development in Kings Cross in just 15-20 minutes, or enjoy a walk on Hampstead Heath or Primrose Hill. (This is my home which I AirBnB here and there, hence any time gaps between reviews!).

Very happy trip, the owner is a very friendly British aunt, who shared a lot of stories about the house, and some travel tips, I like to chat with her, she also took care of my not so fluent English, slowed down and helped me translate and explain, no need to worry about language problems ~ She also has two well-behaved and cute dogs, the small one will sit on you, the big one will lie at your feet, very healing and relaxing.The bedding in the room is very comfortable, the firmness is just right, and I slept well. Even when I left, I was a little reluctant to leave this place, and I hope to have the opportunity to come here again❤️

Sam's place was great for our 3 day stay, located minutes from a tube station and several places to eat. Communication was easy and prompt, and we were happy to meet Sam upon arrival. She gave us a quick rundown of the place, including access to the kitchen, tips on adjusting the shower temperature, advice on places to eat, and she pointed out the many guidebooks, brochures and maps on local attractions. The space was clean, quiet, comfortable and gave us the opportunity to explore a vibrant area outside of the busy and expensive London center. Sam is engaging, friendly and a great person to meet. We warmly recommend her place and would gladly return.

We had a fantastic stay at Sam’s place. The space is modern, bright, and well-equipped, with large windows that filled the place with natural light, especially nice with the great weather we had! The location is also spot-on, just a short walk from both the overground and underground stations. Sam was a brilliant host. Very friendly, responsive, and always up for a good chat. I also appreciated his excellent taste in football clubs! He shared a few great local tips that helped us make the most of our visit. Thanks again, Sam - would definitely stay again!

We loved staying at Toni’s place for three nights. It’s very quiet but also close to the vibrant Camden Town Market as well as very walkable to the subway station or bus station. Although we didn’t met Toni in person we got clear and easy instructions. We felt very much at home and liked the place. Definitely we are coming back ❤️
