Absolutley loved our stay here, the hosts communication is great and the house is just as described. Would definitley come back in the future!

What a fabulous couple of days we have had at Aimee's place! Aimee was wonderful to deal with, answering any questions in super quick time and so very friendly on meeting us. Such a unique place to stay - absolutely love the way Aimee has done her beautiful home up - we felt so comfy and so enjoyed the boat trips, visits from the gorgeous geese and swans, cats and meeting lovely Bob next door. We felt gutted that we only had a couple of days of our trip left - as would have loved to stay longer and explore more of the area. How lucky are we that Aimee shares her adorable place with us!!! Staying in Haewon place is like exactly as is in the photo. Communication with Haewon was good and smooth. Everything that i need they will try to fulfill it and help me whatever that they can. Really Recommend this place. Thank you agains

Nur is a very welcoming lovely host, with an adorable toddler my daughter loved playing with. Nur was extremely accommodating and flexible with our check in and check out times. We needed a late check out time which was later than expected, but this was not a problem for Nur, and we were able to leave our luggage all day and collect later. The place is very homely, being Nur's home so there are personal possessions present as you expected. However it is not too cluttered, and we were given a shelf in the fridge and hanging space for our clothes. The beds were freshly made and comfy with a chocolate on each pillow which my daughter loved. There were plenty of clean towels and hot water for a relaxing shower or bath. The place was freshly cleaned and good enough for my standards, however a few minor areas could be cleaner which my mum noticed (who has stayed in more up market places than I have). There was some noise from traffic and aeroplanes, as expected in London.

Vaida's place was as described. It was very clean, well furnished and quiet. Check-in was a breeze. Vaida was very responsive and turned around any request for assistance very quickly.. We felt right at home. The house is close to the Excel and London City Airport. I will stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

Our stay was fantastic! The place was relatively close to the O2, making it super convenient as this was the reason for our stay. The house had three lovely bedrooms (the beds were so comfortable!) and plenty of entertainment, including a PS5. Great communication from the host as well. We’d definitely recommend it and would stay again!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The house was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. I was especially touched by the extra care taken to prepare for my son’s stay: a high chair, cot bed, and even some lovely toys were all thoughtfully provided, which made a big difference for us as a family. The garden was a peaceful haven and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or letting my little one play. The location is ideal for a longer stay, with easy access to nearby attractions for day trips—and even London is not too far away. Every detail in the home showed how much the host cares about the guests’ comfort. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’m so grateful for the warm hospitality and would love to come back again!

Had a lovely stay at this house for a week as I was visiting family who live near here. House was everything we needed. My only feedback would be that for me, it could benefit from having another sofa in the living room and two more dining chairs, apart from this small thing - it was excellent and suited our needs. (The park at the end of the road is great for walks too!). Many thanks to Kay for an enjoyable stay. Best wishes.

Amy is very kind, friendly, attentive and a quick responder. I felt very good in the flat. Very clean, bright, spacious with a great bed. Felt very cosy in the flat and there is also a big balcony with an open view. It is more of an industrial zone, but i liked the fact the view is not looking into some other block of flats, i cherished the view of the morning and evening sky. The grocery store is literally around the corner. You have two lines that you can use if you want to go to central London. Central line (Hanger lane-13min walk) and Piccadilly line (Park Royal station - 7min away) The area of a flat is peaceful.

A very cosy flat, nice area. Lovely surroundings . Flat is just as described and shown in photos, very nice modern and clean. Great place to stay in central London. Quiet and safe too. Very clean and the view across the waters to central London was jaw dropping.

The place was really nice and the urbistay team were so nice and helpful! We had some problems that lead us to arriving after the check-in time but they were so understanding and helped us check-in in another way! The apartment was also very clean and pretty!

We had a wonderful time in the beautiful cottage of Mooi. Really unwinding after the hustle and bustle in London City. The house is provided with everything you might need. We had beautiful weather and then it is wonderful to have breakfast in the garden. The forest next door is a plus! Beautiful is involved and easily accessible as needed. We'd love to come back!
