Willow Farm Barn

StewartRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Everything as Advertised and More. Julie has provided Everything you would need for your stay. We used Willow Farm Barn as base to explore Norfolk. We were never more than an hour away from anywhere we wanted to visit. The barn is clean, tidy, quiet, and has everything you need. Comfortable bed, great shower/bath, fully equipped kitchen, TV, and WiFi. Julie's welcome pack was a nice addition with milk, coffee, tea, cereal, and much more. There are plenty of places locally to eat and shops were never more than a short drive away. I'd highly recommend staying at Willow Farm Barn and we have already decided to stay again next year.

Chris and Melissa were perfect hosts. With a very friendly welcome it was nice to meet them as they were away on our last visit. Georgie their sweet dog was very happy to see us and our dog too. The barn is a real sanctuary and beautifully furnished with the best kitchen. Garden is shared with a private corner too. Our dog could wander where he liked as did Georgie. Thanks will return again.

Garden Cottage with Hot Tub-Accessible-Norfolk

AngelaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

Church Farm Cottage Haysbro

ConnorRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Myself, my partner and family stayed in this property for my mums 60th. The cottage was as lovely as you can see in the pictures. The property was spotless and had a very homely feel to it. It was also a great size for 6 people. The area was super quiet and peaceful, with a lovely beach 15/20 minutes walk away. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Converted Stables 4BR 3 ensuite Sleeps 8

GavinRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The Mews at Snailwell is a beautiful property, in a nice quiet location. From the point of booking, Peter (the host) was on it through communication, with all queries answered at lightning speed. The photos really do not do the place justice……it is amazing. So spacious and well equipped. In fact there was nothing we felt was missing, a real home from home. If you are taking pets (we took our grandson), the front and rear gardens are super secure. The orientations offer both sun and shade. The George & Dragon pub opposite was a real bonus. The food was amazing and so were the team who ran it. Again there is a secure enclosed garden for well-behaved children and dogs. We highly recommend this property.

Betsey Trotwood. Historic stylish 2-bed cottage.

NicolaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a lovely few days at Betsey Trotwood, the bed was so comfy we slept really well. The accommodation was perfect, and Bella our dog enjoyed the back courtyard. The information folder which Matt and Michaela had put together was very useful, it helped us to decide where to visit, plenty of very nice pubs which served high standard food close by.

Oyster Barn, North Norfolk

MikiRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This is a nice barn conversion with a lovely garden, which our dog enjoyed very much. The house is easily accessible by car yet peaceful and secluded once inside of the gate. As a keen home cook I loved the large, well-equipped island kitchen, too. Chris gave us clear instructions about the house, and his detailed local guide was very helpful. We loved meeting his super-friendly doggie, too!

The Barn, Mareham On The Hill

The Barn was a very comfortable place from which to base our all too brief visit to the Loncolnshire Wolds. The property was in very good condition with all modern fixtures. The patio was a great place to soak up some sun, admire the view and relax. Also very convenient for Cadwell Park. Highly recommended.

Romantic Historic Watermill with woodfire & sauna!

RachelRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We have returned from an idyllic stay at this breathtaking barn. Every nook and cranny is decorated with beautiful antiques, artwork and musical instruments and the setting is wonderfully private with the bonus of chickens and sheep on the doorstep. The property is very charming, with the advantage of a sauna to relax in. We used this both nights during our stay and played relaxing music through the bluetooth speaker which made it feel like a spa retreat! The quayside is just across the road and a small convenience store selling essentials literally a few steps away. We walked to two of the local pubs (5 min walk away) and had some nice food outside as we were blessed with the weather. We spent a day in Southwold and visited Beccles during our stay, both a short 20 min drive away. Andy and Katherine are both so friendly and accommodating and we’d love to stay again soon. Thank you!

The Old Barn Gallery, nr North Norfolk coast

DebRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This is a lovely, spacious barn with ample room for the 6 of us that stayed. A quiet small back garden with bbq, garden table with 6 chairs, patio and lawn - great for the children to play, secure. We had a couple of problems, initially with ants and then at the end of our stay not having enough hot water for us all to shower, but Simon responded to all of the messages I sent and problems were sorted. The only things we felt the barn lacked was a radio/smart speaker, a clock (that worked, the one on the wall has stopped) and fans for the bedrooms, we were blessed with hot weather and it was very warm in the night. It was very peaceful and very well located to visit all the sights of Norfolk. Would we stay here again, yes, we would and do recommend.

Beyond the Barn

KylieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Beyond the Barn is an oasis of calm, bird song and gently rustling leaves are the calming soundtrack. The moment the gate shuts the gate the beautiful wild flowered courtyard welcomes you, the only thing left to do is exhale whilst Beyond the Barn works its magic on you. Alex and Matt are fine hosts, friendly and on hand for anything you might need yet equally respecting privacy if that’s what your heart desires. If you can tear yourself away, Debenham Red Lion is a lovely pub with superb pub grub. Further afield take the scenic route a beautiful drive via Debenham and Otley to the Unruly Pig in Woodbridge for an unforgettable lunch then home again for sundowners on the terrace to watch the glorious sunset.

Tranquil barn conversion, idyllic views and garden

JohnRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing week in this beautiful barn and it exceeded our expectations with its location and comfort. The private garden was a great addition to our stay and great to relax in, our pups really enjoyed running around and exploring too. The barn is in a very quiet area but ideal for the short drive to the many attractions of the Suffolk coast. It is a short walk to the local pubs and cafe which are all dog-freindly. Julia was welcoming and on hand for any queries or issues whilst respecting our privacy, we would 100% love to stay here again.
