A lovely stay for myself and my colleagues - perfect location for us for a week. Very modern amenities inside, lovely swimming pool and brilliant bedrooms.

Miriam’s house is very welcoming, it’s her own home & feels cosy & comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside in the courtyard surrounded by plants and loved being so close to the centre of Norwich, just a short walk from shops, cafes, the river & cathedral.

We had a lovely time here, the house is very big which was great for our large family. Lots of space downstairs and upstairs. Kitchen had every thing you could wish for, as well as books and games. Rooms were clean and comfy. Bathrooms were plentiful and modern. Parking great and location perfect for us. Thanks again!!

Enjoyed Lindsey's home. She was very hospitable and great at responding to text and emails. We had a small issue with some burned out light bulbs that were up high in the bathroom and she was on it immediately to add more bulbs. She was a wonderful host! It was a very comfortable home with a lovely garden out back, perfect place for morning coffee. We had everything we needed in the kitchen which was well stocked. The stairs are very small & narrow so you need to be careful going up and down.

I loved my stay at Canterbury Cottage. Matt and Mari are amazing hosts, so friendly and accommodating and always very quick to respond. The location is perfect – very quiet and an easy walk to the centre. The cottage itself is beautiful with lovely décor, new kitchen, a pretty garden and it is extremely well equipped. The beds are also very comfy. I can’t recommend it enough, it’s just perfect!

Beautiful house, felt just like home. The book with lots of info and history of the house was a lovely touch. Excellent location for walking into the centre of town. Will definitely come back. Thank you Suzy for a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage which was extremely clean, very nicely presented and had everything you might need right at hand. The location was very quiet and peaceful and the corner shop was fantastic too. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend a visit

We had a great stay in Holt, the property has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay and is so well located both to walk to shops and restaurants in the town, but also as a base to drive to the local coastal areas.

The house is beautiful and had everything we needed and so was a perfect space to enjoy some family time together. The bathrooms were super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The garden looks out on to the marshes and we were lucky enough to see some amazing sunsets. It is situated right in the heart of Cley with just a short walk to the Smokehouse and the Deli which had some great local offerings. We would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.

Great communication with Alice and the place felt peaceful and just perfect for what we needed with 3 generations staying together.

Great house, very clean. hotel standard linnen and towels. basic essentials supplied like shampoo, bin liners ect. great location. nice house. good fast communication with owners fantastic. would use again. definitely recommend.

We loved Limetrees and hope to visit again. We stayed over the long Easter weekend and as two families with 4 kids (10,9,8 & 6) found the house and location had everything we needed. Especially loved the location on the green and easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and the sea front. Highly recommend!

we had a lovely stay at Tess's place. The house is very nice and practical and Tess was quick to answer when we needed something. it's quite easy to find a parking spot in the street and the area is very quiet and beautiful. I'd definitely stay there again!

Wonderful house to stay in, everything you could possibly need and more in the house. Feels cozy and the fireplace definitely helps with that! The location is great, close to the town centre but in a nice quiet neighbourhood.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sam's place. The house is beautiful with access to a lovely garden. Any questions, Sam was quick to respond. We will definitely go there again on our next.trip to Norwich.

Feyja was very helpful and accommodating. We took our little dog with us and and were able to walk him nearby park even though the property ir right in the town. Freyja's house is a beautifully renovated seaside townhouse with lovely original features. The interior is tastefully decorated. We found everything we needed.

Gary’s pre-stay communication was excellent & made for an easy start to the stay. The facilities are exactly as shown and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Recently stayed for our annual big family getaway and had a fantastic stay, the house was perfectly adequate for all 15 of us! The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked a big meal every night, the location is great too, easy walking distance into the town, and lots to do locally. We visited Felbrigg Hall and Hillside animal sanctuary, both within 6-7 mins by car. I’d particularly reccomend the animal sanctuary if you have children, it’s free of charge and the kids really enjoyed it! I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to explore Cromer!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Me and my family stayed here for Christmas and had such an amazing time! There was so much space and the place was lovely - exactly as described and shown in the photos! The house was also beautifully decorated for the festive period which made us feel right at home and the location allowed for a Christmas Day walk on Cromer beach. Sophie was always super helpful and responsive, and was really flexible when we wanted to check out slightly later on Boxing Day. I can only recommend both Sophie and this beautiful house and would definitely stay again!

Lisa was a fantastic host and her property is beautiful and charming and stocked with all the needed essentials plus some. Travelling with kids we were comfortable in her place and had such easy access to all Sheringham has to offer. Would definitely stay there again when in the area.

We have stayed in Sarah house a few times and we always enjoy our stay. Sarah is prompt to reply and her house is a lovely, welcoming space.

Perfect! This is the second time we have visited peter’s place and we simply can’t fault it. Superb house in an excellent location. All the rooms are decorated, furnished and equipped to a high standard with nice quirky art and ornaments suited to the location and theme. You cant get any closer to the Cromer beach and pier with everything else you could possibly need including shops, cafe’s and pubs all within a 2 minute walk. Highly recommend
