Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in North Norfolk District

It really is as described - a beautiful country retreat. We really enjoyed sitting in the armchairs with the doors open upstairs looking out at the garden and the view beyond. Very peaceful and away from it all! We were out and about a lot during the week but enjoyed the time we spent in the Lodge. Vanessa was a very friendly host who responded quickly and often provided answers before we asked. Great to have an elector car charger available for our sole use too.

We have just returned home from our second stay at the Bothy. Everything about the accommodation was as perfect as on our previous visit. The welcome we received on arrival was warm and genuine, and Julie and Graham were clearly pleased that we had decided to return for another holiday. The property was perfect for our needs - being comfortable, with excellent facilities and a location which is central for visiting lots of different places. All in all we can thoroughly recommend The Bothy and we would definitely return again if holidaying in Norfolk.

We had the most lovely family holiday here. With a 3 and 1 year old this property had everything we needed to make us feel all feel right at home. A cot, high chair, bib, black out binds, you name it. The river and decking at the bottom of the garden was just so peaceful, our go to spot. We watched nesting swans and ducks, we all loved it. Thank you Hannah for having us. You have a beautiful Airbnb!!

Great property, great host. The house is exactly as the pictures, clean and has everything you need. Short walk to the centre of Sheringham and the beach, ideal for us as one of our party had limited mobility. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully visit again.

Wonderful spacious, well-appointed property, in quiet location ideally suited to visiting the beach or Broads. Plenty of room for the six of us, plus dogs both inside and outside and the enclosed garden was perfect and safe for the grandchildren and dogs. We just keep coming back as it’s such a perfect place to stay - I love the lane and the little nearby wood for local strolls, and there are endless beautiful empty beaches - perfect for us and perfect for our sausage dogs.

Booked at very late notice but thankfully Ben got back to me quickly and was very responsive throughout the stay. The cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything you need and more. Felt very cosy and relaxed there. Loved the working stove. Great spacious parking facilities. There’s a hotel about 10 mins walk away that serves good food. Perfect location for exploring Norfolk.

Excellent comfortable flat to stay in Norwich with parking. Great to do your own cooking in the full kitchen and use of washing machine. Definitely everything you need is provided, even breakfast provisions & laundry detergent. I found it easier to use the back entrance as just 1 door to get in but be aware that you have to go up a flight of stairs either way. Responsive hosts and I can't think of anything to improve the place. Easy to walk to local restaurants and into Norwich town centre. The bedroom is quiet as it's not facing the main road. I stayed 4 nights and was very happy with my stay.

All of Sheringhams amenities are within easy walking distance. The accommodation was spotless and the well equipped kitchen had everything you could need. The off street parking was a bonus and we look forward to a return visit and would recommend to others. thanks

Wow! Gil and Philip have created a magical experience that went far beyond our expectations. The lit log wood burner on our arrival was very welcome, the animals very friendly and the added extra treats really excelled. We loved our stay and would highly recommend, whether with children, friends, or as a romantic break.

Ivor & Karen were great hosts, easy to communicate with before and after our stay. The apartment is as described and the photos are up to date. There is plenty of space for 2 people, the bed and sofa/chair were comfortable, shower was good and it was very clean and well-stocked throughout, including some thoughtful provisions for breakfast. The location was surprisingly private as it is situated so close to Asda, Wetherspoons, Subway,MacDonalds and a main road with good transport links. It is tucked away in a quiet and peaceful corner with the added benefit of a beautiful garden. There was parking on the driveway for one car but plenty of amenities within walking distance too. We would definitely like to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay for our anniversary, check-in was excellent as Matt had messaged us the day before to say we could check-in early the day of our arrival, which was excellent. Parking was easy (neighbourly agreed bay). The apartment was wonderful and very comfortable and quiet at night. We loved the small balcony over looking the sea and it was an excellent place to just chillout after a busy day exploring the area. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped for those wanting to prepare meals. The ship Inn pub is just a 30 second walk away for excellent food and a outside terrace overlooking the sea. Mundesley has a great butcher, bakers, fruit & veg shop, Coffee house, Café and small arcade & crazy golf. A small Tesco extra is about a 20-minute walk away for all your other essentials. The location of the apartment to the beach was brilliant and we spent a few nice days enjoying the coastal walk and front. Felbrigg Hall & Cromer are only a short drive away.

The place was honestly really really cool, wish we could’ve stayed slightly longer! Had a wonderful time.

We enjoyed 3 nights at the tutor apartment. This property has beautiful old windows and high ceilings. The apartment is much more spacious than expected from the pictures and nicely presented. It has a lovely breakfast table near the windows in the kitchen and a court yard off the bedroom with seating. We had everything we needed, the washer was helpful and the large bath, with a boy covered in sand. The beach was about 10 to 15 minutes away depending on which route you took. We enjoyed lovely meals and drinks near the apartment. There is a park across the road with sea views and a lovely cafe. The beds were comfy and the seating in the lounge area. You could hear the birds singing with the door open. We travelled on the train to explore other areas. The apartment has everything you need and the hosts were just right and helpful were needed. A very nice stay! Felicity is a great host who is very kind and responsive! The location is very convenient, which is just about 15 mind to the city centre. This time I came here to attend my PhD graduation ceremony, I don't know when I will be here next time but I know I will choose This place once again!

We had an excellent stay in a wonderful little city. Situated by the Great River Ouse, added to a perfect break. Ann has thought of everything inside the accommodation to make a care free, comfortable and enjoyable holiday. We highly recommend the property and beautiful location. Check-in and communication was perfect. The flat an garden are wonderful, there is everything you need and more. When I arrived, there were cookies, chips and a bottle of wine plus a nice card greeting me. There was a shelf full of novels to choose from. The house is very near the seafront and the town centre. I hugely enjoyed my stay and warmly recommend Emma's house. Free parking in the street to be found.

Had a lovely two night stay Annetta greated us and showed us around was very lovely, The place was beautiful and quite and very clean and had everything you needed and the hot tub was a added luxury, loved waking up and walking outside and seeing the horses. My partner feel in love with Daisey the cat she likes to come and greet u also 😀 We would definitely come and stay again 😀

Matt was a great and generous host. The stay was beautiful - such a cosy place, we loved the decor. Perfect location to explore Cromer, 5 mins to the beach and all shops/eateries close by. Made our first visit to Cromer a very memorable one 🤩 🥳

this is a great little find in an ideal location, near to beach, shop, pub/restaurant, tea room and fish and chip shop. the accomodation was spotless and had loads of little extras like welcome pack, sauces, tea coffee salt pepper, jams butter, toiletries etc. it also had a small private back garden with multiple seating areas , we would highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to our next visit Thankyou 😁
