Das 16 Quadratmeter große Zimmer mit Bad ist in Haidhausen, einem belebten, kreativen Viertel im Münchner Zentrum. Wenige Meter entfernt sind Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants. Du bist im EG mit separatem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Zimmers siehst du vor dir das helle Bad mit Dusche und WC, und eine Ecke mit Geschirr, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Das Studio hat keine Küche. Links dann hohe Decken, ein hochwertiger Holzboden und grosse Fenster, dazu ein Schreibtisch und ein neues, richtiges Bett.

The apartment is in a lively trendy district, it is unavoidable that you cannot hear anything with the window open.

Gemütliche Wohnung im Erdgeschoß mit eigenem Terrassenanteil. Seeanlagen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants - alle gut zu Fuß in 7-8 min zu erreichen. Badeplatz mit Kiosk ca. 1,5 km (erreichbar über autofreien Fuß-Radweg). Von November bis ca. Anfang April bietet sich durch die Bäume hindurch ein wunderschöner Seeblick mit herrlichen Sonnenaufgängen.
