Meine schöne Wohnung mit Garten und Terrasse (nicht einsehbar) liegt im Herzen von Tutzing. Wenn ich auf Reisen bin, kann die gesamte Wohnung gemietet werden. Zweifamilienhaus, im oberen Stockwerk wohnt meine Schwester. Zu Fuß erreicht man alles: den See, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kultur (Kino, Museum), Sportmöglichkeiten wie Golf, Fahrradfahren, Schwimmen, Segeln, SUP, Tennis etc. Mit dem Zug/ SBahn in 30 Minuten ist München erreichbar.

We rent out our lovingly renovated farmhouse from 1760 to small and large families as well as groups. The historic farmhouse has been completely renovated and is listed as a monument. There are 5 bedrooms for 16 guests in the farmhouse. You can stay with a maximum of 18 people (plus extra beds). If you are more than 18 guests, you are welcome to book the Heustadl as well. The apartment is located in a historic farm and has a very individual charm.

We offer you our beautiful house in which we live ourselves and offer it like a real Airbnb. We have several large terraces, a beautiful garden including a koi pond and two cuddly, easy-care cats (allergy-friendly). Our 120 square meter single-family house is located in a quiet and small settlement on the outskirts of Miesbach. On the upper floor, an open large, bright living room with Swedish stove and small home theater awaits you.

Our flat on the 5th floor (without lift :) is a gem in Munich. Built in the 90s in the roof, with wood from the Bavarian forest, it offers a hide-away from busy Munich on 100 square metres. In addition to the bathroom and the spacious bedroom, it consists of a large living room with an open-plan kitchen andwinter garden as well as a second level with an additional bed. There are many details and art on the walls to discover.
