We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful and comfortable home. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation—from a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing any meal, to spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. In the evenings, we enjoyed unwinding with movies on the large TV. The location is fantastic, serving as a great base for exploring iconic cities like Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, and Koblenz. Excellent restaurants are just around the corner, and for quick grocery runs, Aldi is only about a five-minute drive away. This property truly stands out as one of the most stunning places we’ve ever stayed. Michael was exceptionally responsive and kind, always keeping communication clear and helpful. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

A nice house with plenty of space, in a pleasant area. The kitchen is very well equipped and I loved the fact that all of the cupboards and drawers had little labels on to show what was inside - a handy little touch. The dining area is very comfortable with a large, sturdy table. We stayed for a couple of nights during a period of very warm weather and really appreciated the fact that it was easy to open the very large windows and get a nice breeze blowing through. The only slight drawbacks were a slow-draining shower, a lack of comfy living room furniture (one nice chair - the other two items are IKEA pull-out beds with hard backs), the very heavy door on the dishwasher (the door tension is broken, so it opened without any resistance and nearly flattened the dog!) and a missing garden gate so the dogs had to be kept on their leashes when in the garden, but these are very minor things when compared to the positive points about the accommodation. I would happily stay there again.

I was staying with Francesco and Michaela for one night as part of a multi-day bike trip. Francesco welcomed me very kindly and is just a super nice person. The apartment is top. It is actually a complete apartment with cooking facilities, a living room, a large bedroom and a great bathroom. It was all very clean and well organized. I immediately felt totally comfortable and would definitely come back when I'm in Essen again. Thank you again to Francesco for the great accommodation and the nice contact.

the house is very comfortable for two persons and the location is amazing. supermarket near the house, 10 minutes to the central station and the owners are very friendly!

Adrian’s place served us well for a visit with old friends, who lived in easy walking distance. We especially relished how effective the blackout shades worked in the bedroom! Made for a great sleep. The apartment is spacious, has a nice kitchen and its own outdoor patio. Being on the ground floor was convenient. A grocery store is in easy walking distance. We will stay again when we come back to visit our friends.

Adrian was helpful and friendly. The apartment is recommended for short stays, especially if you are looking for accommodation near the sports school. It has everything you need.

My daughter and I stayed at this place for one night. It was totally cozy and super clean, would come back any time. Communication was also great.

This place is as described in the pictures. It is very comfortably furnished and very cozy. The surroundings are quiet and you can relax a lot. I highly recommend this accommodation.

There were three of us at Corinna's place for three days. Even before, the communication was great and everything could be easily clarified. Corinna was super friendly and we could always turn to her. She was able to give us a few good tips for the area, but also had a folder in the apartment where everything necessary could be found. The accommodation was very cozy, simple and timelessly furnished and we felt immediately comfortable. The city is easily accessible via a few stairs and you have everything you need. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gorden's apartment. The house is lovely, very modern and comfortable. We loved the garden and the neighborhood so much. There is a beautiful lake near by which was perfect for longer walks. Gorden was super friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more memorable! Will definitely go back and recommend to others!
