We (Marcel, 46, Melanie, 45 & Levi, 10) rent our granny apartment in the basement of our house in Mettmann / Metzkausen with separate entrance via the hallway. The spacious bedroom is located on the terrace to the garden and therefore very quiet and idyllic. It is especially suitable for trade fair guests (Düsseldorf 20 km, Essen 30 km and Cologne with a good 40 km) or someone who, for example, visits family nearby. Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.
