Centrally located in the district of Holsterhausen, you can walk to both the main station, the trendy district of Rüttenscheid or the Essen exhibition center. The 45 m² apartment has a large, light-flooded living room with sofa-bed and separate sleeping area with a queen-size bed. It is a beautiful apartment in the middle of the girls' quarter (Seitenstrasse). Restaurants, supermarkets, etc. are a few minutes' walk away. It doesn't get any more central than this. Local transport, highway and city center are also within easy reach. Free parking is available in front of the door. The apartment is perfectly equipped and nothing is missing. I live here most of the time myself and love my home. All things are of very high quality and should be treated well.
