Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Our apartment is centrally located, close to the city limits. The fully equipped apartment offers you a perfect alternative to the hotel. Optimal transport links to the cities of Duisburg, Essen and Oberhausen in a maximum of 15 minutes. It is also just a stone's throw from the local sights, such as the Müga, Broich Castle or the water station with its "White Fleet". The apartment is centrally located to the trade fair cities of Düsseldorf and Essen.

Hospitality is very important to us! Our cozy and personal apartment is ideal for a short or longer stay in our diverse Mülheim and the surrounding area. Very good infrastructure due to the central location in the Ruhr area. Düsseldorf Airport and the trade fair city of Essen can be reached in 15/20 minutes! The Max Planck Institute is a 5-minute walk, as is the forest and the Ruhr! There are many excursion destinations for all ages!

In our house in a small cul-de-sac (insofar as the address "Hauptstrasse" is misleading), we rent a closed 2-room apartment (sleeping/living area) on the first floor with a small kitchen and bathroom. The location is ideal for tourists, business people and trade fair visitors. Since 08/01/2025, the city of Essen has levied an accommodation tax of 5% and a maximum of €9 per night. This is included in the nightly rate.
