Monthly Rentals in Mission Beach, San Diego

Perfect spot in mission beach, right between the bay and the ocean. Everything looks brand new and is clean. Tim and Erin were extremely responsive and helpful. Would stay again.

The hosts were very accomodating and communicative as well as the place exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful, well kept, and has everything you’ll need and more. The beach and plenty of restaurants and corner stores were within walking distance. The sleeping arrangements were super comfy and clean. Snacks, water, coffee, toiletries, laundry, and beach supplies for the family were provided and made us feel taken care of. We especially enjoyed sitting by the fire at night. 10/10 recommend! My family and I are looking forward to making it an annual stay.

Great location and just as described and pictured. The place was clean and very homey. Comfy and soft bed. This unit is located behind the main initial home, above the garage and sharing no walls with any other units/rentals, which worked out for my self-conscious brain, worrying about my 2 kids under 2 disturbing other tenants. VERY convenient to get to the beach. As stated in the listing, the parking spot is optimal for regular to smaller vehicles. We have a Honda Pilot and it juuusssttt fit into the garage (thank goodness my fiancé is a more tactical driver as I wouldn’t have been able to park it). I had a question for Jacqui and she was very quick to respond, which was much appreciated. It was a great place to stay for our short overnight trip, would stay here again.

This is such a fantastic location! You can see the bay from the patio & so close to the beach!! We walked or Ubered everywhere… which was cheap 🙂 Lots of natural light with all the windows & the temp inside was perfect with the fans provided. Love the live plants inside too 🪴 .. so homey, comfy & clean. We had such a great time 🌊☀️🏖️
