Claudio, the very friendly host, allowed us to enter several hours before. The house is very comfortable and cozy, impeccable and fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. We were a group of 6 and we all agreed that we would definitely book again. I recommend it.

Our stay here was incredible! The house completely exceeded our expectations, it’s honestly even more stunning in person than it looks in the photos. Every room was spacious, clean, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Delfina the host was very friendly and very responsive which made the experience stress free. The pool was amazing, definitely our favorite part. We spent so much time out there just relaxing and enjoying the space. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a chill and nice getaway.

The house was amazing, it was really fully equipped, it had everything, from all the kitchen gadgets, coffee maker, mate, to use the grill, etc., to extra blankets, board games. I was really surprised by that detail! It is even much more beautiful than what you can see in the photos, with a spectacular view and light, very comfortable, modern and with beaches nearby. It really was an incredible vacation and we hope to return because we were delighted! -The only detail would be that the internet connection was not very good and there were problems using the TV or working if you depend on that, to take into account but broadly a minor detail for the experience, Bianca was super attentive, friendly and with clear instructions for check-in. THANK YOU! :)

Really everything was excellent, the house was divine, the neighborhood was the same. Guido is a genius, he gave precise instructions, he communicated with me and was always attentive. Everything is recommended!

The accommodation is in line with the price and the photos. Clean and comfortable. The only thing that can be is the town style that uses locks, but it's part of the trip. Having mdq there just for dinner or doing some daytime activity, you practically don't rub anything. The neighborhood is residential and very quiet. You can hear the frogs at night. You sleep really well. Juan is very understanding, he gives you tips on beaches, places to eat, etc. Check-in is very easy too. You do everything yourself. Back

María was a great host! She was friendly and responsive and left us medialunas as a gift. She said to please let her know if we needed anything but honestly we didn’t need anything or have any issues during our stay, everything was perfect and we felt at home.

Tidy and delicate apartment next to the Sheraton Hotel. Although it has a covered garage, you can park on the street. Rodrigo is very friendly, and he is always attentive to what you need. The dpto matches the photos. A very good place to stay and enjoy a good vacation. We'll be back!

The apartment is impeccable, the view is wonderful, the entire bay of Varese is on your balcony and at dusk you can see the entire bay lit up and the coast of MDQ to the entrance of Constitucion, you can have breakfast looking at the beach and the sea, the apartment is perfect as it is in the photos. Very comfortable.

My experience with this place was very positive. From the first moment, communication with the host was clear, quick and cordial, which built trust and facilitated the entire check-in process. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well maintained and with all the amenities working perfectly. The location is excellent, close to supermarkets, public transport and tourist spots, which made our stay very comfortable and practical. In addition, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, ideal for both leisure and business trips. One detail that I really appreciated was the attention to small items such as clean towels, complete kitchen utensils and even shampoo. I would definitely rent this apartment again.

Beautiful view of the city in a cozy, safe, and very tidy apartment! We slept great in a comfy bed, enjoyed coffee with a stunning view of a beach, and ate at nearby empanadas and beachside restaurants, all very walkable. Can’t believe we found somewhere so lovely. Carolina was so gracious and helpful. I hope we can return soon.

I stayed with my boyfriend for a weekend and it was amazing. The place had everything we needed and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. They brought us a fan and blankets because the weather changes a lot from one day to the next. One detail we really liked was the presence of card games and recommendations for places to go. Everything was spotless and we felt very comfortable. It is completely the same as it looks in the photos. 10/10

Unbeatable location, the view is dreamy! The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying yourself. Ale Roby communicated immediately and was willing to clear up all doubts. Loli welcomed us and advised us on places to walk, gastronomy... a lovely person! We would return without hesitation.

Everything was excellent! We were able to rest very well. Everything is very clean, in perfect condition. There were more things than you really need. Very nice area. Inés is very loving and always ready to help us with any questions we may have about the house. I would repeat the experience! A luxury!

The apartment is just like the photos. A very warm and comfortable place. It has everything you need in the kitchen, even coffee and tea! I think that's a plus. There was no hair dryer, I told Maria and they brought it to me! Excellent. I just want to clarify that there is no stove in the room and since it is opposite, the bathroom is a little cold compared to the living room!

The apartment is excellent. Located, for me, in the most beautiful area of Mar del Plata. Jorge was very attentive and helpful before and throughout the stay. The building's facilities are great, and the service and friendliness of all the employees, the same. The view from the balconies is unbeatable.
