A great spot for extended stays in Mar De Plata. The beds are comfortable, and we were able to cook many meals at home. The walk to Playa Grande is easy and saves on taxis. Ignacio and his family are generous and responsive hosts and made our stay even better.

Hernán and Marcela were excellent hosts, generous and attentive to our needs and to ensuring we had a great stay. The accommodation complies with everything offered and is extremely comfortable, with a good location near the beach and with good access to the downtown area and shops. The detail to note is that they offer linens, and have WiFi and TV in both rooms. They exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend them. We will be back!!

Everything is excellent. The house is just as shown in the photos, very comfortable and with everything you need. The park is beautiful to enjoy the outdoors, and the best thing is that I went with my dog who was able to enjoy it and the whole property was well fenced and safe.

Vero's house is very welcoming, with very nice details that generate a beautiful energy, the house is comfortable and impeccable, it has everything you need to spend a nice stay, kitchen, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, utensils of all kinds. The neighborhood is very quiet and cute, on the avenue there are businesses of all kinds. I'm a genius, very kind, very good communication and very comfortable check-in and checkout. We made a weekend getaway so that our dogs could see the sea. From the first reception message, there was kindness and a good attitude for absolutely everything. Clear instructions for arrival, when we arrived we loved the layout of the house, everything within reach and easy to find, everything very clean and very comfortable. We had an amazing weekend! The apartment is very good, it has everything you need to feel at home. The shower, the bed, TV with Netflix, Flow, YouTube. The area is very nice, there are bars, markets, shops, kiosks, everything! And very close to the sea. Daniela was always available and very kind. We would definitely come back! And we would also recommend it.

Highly recommended! It is half a block from two pedestrian streets, very central and easy to access. We went without a car and wanted a place that was comfortable and safe for us to get to with our children, and it was just what we were looking for. The apartment is very well maintained, you have all the kitchen utensils, towels and bedding in very good condition. Air and/or fan in the bedrooms and a very nice balcony!! Bruno's attention was a 10! We didn't even need to bother him during the week because everything worked perfectly and the building manager was super friendly. If I have to go back, I would definitely do it!!

In a word: great! The unbeatable panoramic view of the sea, the apartment itself decorated with great taste, the impeccable cleanliness, the accessories and everything that was available to the visitor, the comfort of the garage...definitely a place to recommend and to return as many times as possible.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. The apartment is very comfortable and modern, the convenience is that it has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who want to cook, it even has a washing machine. Gabriel was very attentive to everything and very kind. I would definitely come back.

100% recommended! Amazing location, dream view! The entire apartment is impeccable, sparkling! Well-equipped, super complete. 2 blocks from Manolo, a few blocks from Café Las Nubes. Honestly, the photos don't do it justice, it was more than expected. Something very important for me is that the heating worked perfectly, and the shower with hot water too, are two essential things that cannot be missing since I suffer from the cold. Regarding Tere, super friendly, fluid conversation, she welcomed us with a lot of love! Thank you! We'll be back!! ❤️

We had a great time at the apartment! It has everything you need for a stay (there are towels and a blanket for the bed). The location is great, the apartment is super nice, clean and tidy. And María Sol is super friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our flight and arrived half late to Mardel and she welcomed us anyway at 10 pm, which we really appreciate!! Definitely a great choice for price/quality-human/quality-of-place if you are looking for accommodation for 4 people in Mardel

Ines was an excellent host, accessible and patient with me since my communication was intermittent due to the car trip. The apartment is spacious, bright, very tasteful, and very conveniently located if you want to be in the Punta Mogotes area, The garage is in an interior courtyard with security, just as the apartment is safe. She welcomed me with some alfajores and a warm smile!!! I'll definitely be back!!! Highly recommended!

Such a great apartment! It was perfect for family of 5 for a 2 week stay. Very spacious with a beautiful high end kitchen and a patio and terrace with a view of the lovely plaza Mitre My children loved being right next to plaza, there is so much for kids to do there! Walkable in a wonderful area with lots of great restaurants nearby as well as good proximity to the beach. The building staff were always friendly and helpful and the host is very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for an amazing stay!

The apartment was very nice, in the perfect location and with an excellent view. Not too busy, but close to downtown. View of the ocean and the city was beautiful. Host was very friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. I can’t wait to go back.

We loved our stay at Cande's apartment. The place is beautiful, with incredible ocean views and an unbeatable location, just meters from the coast. The area is quiet, making exploring the sea much easier and more enjoyable, and perfect for a few days of relaxation. The apartment is fully equipped, with all the necessary cooking utensils, which makes the experience even more comfortable. Plus, Cande is a genius, always attentive and willing to help us. She welcomed us with the best vibe and allowed us flexibility with the checkout time, which was a huge plus. Without a doubt, a place we will return to and one we 100% recommend.

Our stay was excellent. Gustavo was always attentive to our needs and comfort, he was very kind. We went with our little dog and we felt very safe and calm. It's very easy to get parking in the block during the afternoon/evening so we almost always left it at the door, it's a very safe area.
