The apartment's location was unbeatable. The beautiful view! Viviana was super attentive to us and helped us with everything we needed. The place was super well furnished and just like the description in the advertisement. We had a lovely stay and would certainly go back!

Rodrigo is one of the best hosts I've had in using Airbnb for well over 10 years. He even gave us a ride from/to the bus/train station! The place is located next to a really nice area of the city, which is full of cute shops, restaurants, and overall fun to hang out in. It's also a fairly short walk from the ocean. The place itself met our expectations & already has a washer. It's clear a lot of care went into decorating the interior.

Beautiful apartment in the best area of Mar del Plata, has a balcony with a wonderful view towards the big beach and the beautiful sea boulevard. Although the apartment is old, it is very well maintained and has everything you need, equally the building, impeccable, with all the amenities. Gabriel is very friendly and left us everything so we don't have to shop like cleaning supplies, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, even a good wine and chocolates as a welcome gift! Always very attentive to our needs, quickly answering our questions. I definitely recommend it and will be back without hesitation!

The apartment has a spectacular view of Mar del Plata. Super well located for a walk along the coast. Incredible sunrises and sunsets. We had a great time, and the host was super!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. The apartment is very comfortable and modern, the convenience is that it has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who want to cook, it even has a washing machine. Gabriel was very attentive to everything and very kind. I would definitely come back.

We arrived on March 11th at the apartment. Super comfortable, with a wonderful view of the sea, we could see the lunar eclipse and every sunrise, unique and unrepeatable. Everything works very well. Very comfortable mattresses. Ornella is very nice, attentive and quick to answer. We'd go back.

The lodging is beautiful. A super new and modern building. I used the gym with my girlfriend, which had a magnificent view. We were always alone in the gym, which was very comfortable for us. The apartment is super safe, with several security keys to access the property. It had a garage included with electronic gates. As for the accommodation itself, everything was impeccable, it didn't lack anything, with a beautiful oceanfront view. A very spacious and comfortable bathroom. And the room was also super spacious and nice. The bed frame and mattress were king size, veeery comfortable. Both the living room and the bedroom had air conditioning. In reference to Gonzalo, he was super attentive and quick in the few inquiries we made during the course of the stay. We hope to return soon, it was a more than satisfactory experience! I highly recommend it if you come to Mar del Plata and want a quiet accommodation with a beautiful view

I thought it was a very cozy house, you feel at home, everything clean, services Perfect, excellent location, you can't ask for more. Mrs. Lía as a host is A # 1, a very responsible person and attentive down to the last detail,very helpful and attentive in case you are missing anything or need help with whatever it is

We had a really good time, we went with our b***h and everything was super practical since the patio is large and well fenced. The grill and pool are to take advantage of! The house is just as you can see in the photos, very nice! clean and comfortable. We were greeted by Manuela (Julía's sister) she was very clear and communicative, she even allowed us to stay a little more past check out! It's definitely to come back!

The house is beautiful, we had an amazing time. It has access to the beach very close by and if you are by car you can go to see beaches that are less than 10 minutes away. The environment is very quiet, ideal for resting. The house's facilities were very comfortable, it is very well-equipped, mainly the kitchen. That meant we could cook every day without problems, it was very comfortable. The room layout is also good, it included towels, something that was not clear to me in the ad. The only criticism is the water heater that doesn't work so well, at times it turns off and makes it a little difficult when bathing, resolving that the house is perfect! On the other hand, the person who received us, Milena, was super friendly and helpful, always available. We loved it! The best vacation!

I 100% recommend this place. To start, the hostess gave us the word she rented to us and despite having another proposal (which I saw in the app because it blocked the date) she respected what was previously discussed. He was super friendly and very willing to do everything. He was always quick to respond. The house is INCREDIBLE. Spacious, comfortable, beautiful, clean, very well kept. I can't make any constructive criticism because everything was perfect. Hopefully we can go back some other time.

Our experience at Gustavo's house was amazing. The property was impeccable, with excellent cleanliness. My girls really enjoyed the pool, which made our stay even better. Gustavo was an attentive host, always attentive to every detail and making sure we were comfortable. The area is excellent, very comfortable and conveniently located. Very nice apartment facing the coast, lots of light and a large window with a wide ocean view. Jorge is an excellent host. The location is far from downtown and on Camet Avenue, which is very busy.

We thank Silvia and Monica for the beautiful stay we had and their immense kindness. The apartment is very comfortable; the view of the sea is spectacular, both from the living room and from the main bedrooms. It is fully equipped, even with thoughtful details such as táperes and board games, and the heating works great. Also, we were able to easily coordinate an earlier check in. It is also important to highlight the location, as it is close (less than five blocks) to supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. We will definitely be back!
