We had an amazing time at Matías' house. It's super comfortable, and has everything you need to make the most of a few days in this quiet area of Mar del Plata. I recommend it 100%.

The house is very clean, good layout, comfortable, everything in good condition, good heating, ventilation, lighting and water pressure. Parking inside, always better than on the street. The TVs are obsolete, only air channels, it would be good to change them for more modern smart ones, regards!!!

The house is as shown in the pictures, spacious, modern and very well equipped. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hosts were very friendly and helpful, always available for any questions. Also, the location is excellent, close to everything we need, but quiet enough to rest. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We spent some beautiful nights from Thursday, April 17 to today, April 20. What can I say about Juan excellent attention at all times. The house is beautiful, beautiful neighborhood, very nice houses and super quiet. The main highlight was the mattresses, well hard and comfortable. We were 6 people and we were all very comfortable in the spaces that the house provides. I know that I can rent to Juan again as we love Mar Del and we go whenever we can during the year as I have more rentals. Thank you Juan. They rent with confidence, they will not regret it. Something important that I leave us white clothes, not all do it. Thank you.

Everything was as stated on the website. Everything was spacious, everything was impeccable, you can tell it's new. I would still advise you to bring oil, salt, etc. because although you had it on the day of arrival, you might run out of it later. Excellent hot water. There were four of us, and although there was a water heater, the water was great. They have everything you need for the kitchen. The WiFi works without any problems. They also have Netflix. I had a problem with the toaster and Carla changed it right away. Thanks for everything.

Excellent apartment for a vacation, just like home. The apartment is just like the photos. Although the building is old, everything works perfectly. Safe, fast elevators, the apartment is impeccable, everything is new, even the appliances. Fernando was super attentive before and during the stay to make sure everything was perfect. The location is unbeatable, the accesses are super comfortable and safe. Worthy of recommendations and all the stars he has as a host.

The accommodation is beautiful, it has a dreamy view and everything you need to spend a few days with family surrounded by nature. Both Daniel and Noemí were incredibly friendly from the day I wrote to them, until we left the house on the last day. We were able to enjoy a new year in the peace of Sierra de los Padres feeling at home.

I loved the combination of nature with the comfort of the heated pool, which allows you to enjoy even on rainy days, something ideal considering the changing climate of the coast. The house is very bright, has all the necessary tools to cook and the bed is super comfortable. Also, when I needed a blender, Mariano lent it to me without a problem. All the surroundings are beautiful, perfect to relax and enjoy. ¡Excellent experience!

The most incredible thing is the gallery and the park. I'm going to miss the mornings in the Paraguayan bed with a coffee trying to decipher every bird. The house itself, considering it is a container, is very well made and is exactly as described in the publication and seen in the photos. In terms of comfort it is fine. Sincerely, we were touched on some days of very hot and deluge, so we felt quite the noise of the rain and the AC engine at bedtime, but that weather is uncommon. Mariana's house is super quiet. She is always willing to answer our queries. The house has everything you need. There are warehouses nearby. It's a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The beach that is 3 blocks away is very nice and there are others nearby that are very beautiful, such as golden beach. We will be back. If you want tranquility and beach nearby, it is a great option.

Rocío is an excellent host, the place is very clean, impeccable, everything is very well cared for, the only thing I didn't like was the location.
