A unique location, everything within reach, the mountains to explore, do physical activity, and the city with all its gastronomic, cultural, and tourist offerings. Very bright, windows in all its rooms, beautiful views, bedroom with large closets, full bathroom, living room with excellent sofa bed, large balcony facing the park and covered garage with electric gate. We are only 2.5km away from the city center, located inside the Tourist Circuit of Tandil and with easy access to the walks of our city that you can not miss visiting.

I have the best experience in Tandil, staying in one of the nicest and best view of the city! Casa Lopez is located in a strategic place, as it is in a very quiet neighborhood, 100m from the Monument to the Fundidor and Lago del Fuerte and 3'from the city center. It has deck gallery with excellent view of the mountains and the city. Grill and pool for exclusive use.

A well-lit staircase leads to a modern entrance, flanked by decorative dragonfly wall art and potted greenery. Soft lighting enhances the path, while the clean lines of the door create a welcoming transition from outdoors to indoors.
