Micaela is an excellent host. He received me with all his attention and affection. He explained everything about the apartment and also about the area, and left welcome alfajores. The apartment is very nice, as shown in the photo. The apartment is very organized and clean with a perfume smell, it is very well located, I did everything on foot. I had a great time, thank you very much for everything... I will definitely return.

We were 100% satisfied with the apartment and Andrea's service. What the photos show is the reality. You can tell it was recently renovated, everything is in perfect condition (rooms, bathroom, kitchen, everything). It is delivered fully equipped (kitchen utensils, microwave, electric kettle, hair dryer, just to mention a few). The TV in the living room is smart, which is not a minor fact, and the internet connection is very good. Special mention for the view, the dining room and the two bedrooms overlook the sea. Finally, it's in a strategic area where everything is close by. We'll be back

The apartment is very well, exactly as in the photos. A few minutes' walk to points of interest and close to good restaurants! Estefanía was attentive at all times.

I can only thank Natalia for the service offered, for always being attentive to the messages I sent her and solving problems quickly and effectively! Also, to her husband for having me on the first day! The apartment is very well connected, a 10-minute walk from Plaza Colón and the casino. In two/three islands you have everything you need to live: oven / supermarket / greengrocers / butchers / gym / laundries. Inside, there is everything to enjoy the stay and that nothing is missing, no complaints! I recommend you choose this accommodation and enjoy Mar del Plata and its atmosphere! I hope to be able to return in the summer and enjoy the beach and the surroundings more!!

Everything was excellent! The place was impeccable, everything was clean and like new, close to the gastronomic and commercial area, meters from the shopping and the area is super quiet! The attention from Alejandra and her husband was excellent, responding instantly if any questions/queries arose. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

Excellent location, 10 minutes from Chapadmalal and 10 minutes from downtown Mardel. It has a beautiful ocean view and the apartment is super comfortable. Alex welcomed us very well and was very attentive. We would definitely go back!

A great new apartment in one of the coolest areas of Mar Del Plata, walking distance of restaurants and shops. Close to the beach and in a pretty place. Important: is one of the few apartments in the zone that has a parking spot for a SUV. Also is a brand new building with hi quality and all the amenities you need for a confortable stay. Aside Mauro is a great host!

Javier's apartment is BEAUTIFUL, exquisite decorative details, excellently well-equipped with everything needed to make the stay pleasant. In addition, the garage and pool are a plus. Javier helped us with recommendations on where to eat. The area is very busy, with a gastronomic and commercial scene. Shopping is just a few blocks away. We spent great days in Patricias flat, the place has an unic sea view, the sea almost feel inches to oneself, the building is also outstanding and for those like me who appreciate historic places this is an outstanding chance to know how does it feel to live in an old but magical finest place (the bulding is historical heritage of Mar del Plata). Patricia and the concierge who works in the building are great and warm persons: Thank you !!

It couldn't be better, 10 out of 10. It's our first experience with the app and Federico always clarified all our doubts from the beginning to the end of the stay. The apartment is better than what you see in the photos, clean, tidy and with some supplies for the first few days. We'll definitely be back.

We are traveling with my boyfriend and our dogs to rest a few days of the long weekend of Mayo in Mardel. The experience was excellent. The dimensions of the apartment are generous and the distribution provides comfort, it is very well equipped for visitors to feel very comfortable. The building is in unbeatable location with excellent views of the sea and golf course, it is quiet and safe. Giselle and Mirta at all times responded to our questions with kindness and willingness. Thanks to this experience we would like to come back and recommend it to our friends!

Great stay for the weekend, would repeat

The apartment has a spectacular view of Mar del Plata. Super well located for a walk along the coast. Incredible sunrises and sunsets. We had a great time, and the host was super!
