There is also a small deck with awning which offers a scenic and private place to relax. Two night minimum! Apartment is attached to a two hundred year old farmhouse. Downtown Newport is about 2 miles from house. There are several steps which lead to door so you must be able to walk up about 15 steps.

You'll love this basement apartment in our home in the quiet neighborhood of Common Fence Point. Parking is available in the driveway outside your private entrance to the apartment. Full size windows for fresh air and lots of natural light. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and the living room has a trundle bed which makes 2 twin beds. Occupancy per the town ordinance is 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. There is a small beach and shoreline for your enjoyment.
