10/10 would recommend the Tree House. The neighborhood is incredibly quite an peaceful. Hillary was quick to respond when I had questions and pleasant to converse with. The bed was comfortable and had access to plenty of outlets for charging devices overnight. The snacks were a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Would definitely stay again! P.S.- her dogs are cute too!

Our daughter in law was graduating from BU and we have family in Fall River so this was perfect location for our long weekend. Our party consisted of 6 adults/2 children and we had plenty of room to spread out. Maggie and John have created such a warm and inviting farm experience along the Taunton River with special touches throughout their home and farm; farm fresh eggs, a welcome basket, blankets for sitting around the fire, smores fixins, a wonderful coffee/tea bar, plenty of extra blankets and pillows for sleeping and the list goes on. Maggie also took us to feed the alpacas and goats - definitely a highlight for us! An unexpected surprise was the pottery barn studio. I was able to purchase several of Maggie's beautiful creations as a souvenir. At the end of the trip when I asked my granddaughter what her favorite part was I thought that it would be a toss up between roasting marshmallows or feeding the alpacas. Her answer "the treasure box" in the attic. lol

We knew that we booked the right place when we were welcomed with fresh eggs from the neighbor. Mimi also stocked the fridge with water, milk, and other useful items. Although we are familiar with the area, the local recommendations from Mimi were very thoughtful and appreciated. She was an overall wonderful host. The home was comfortable, peaceful, and fit the needs for us including our pups; they especially loved running off leash in the yard. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This is a great place to stay for checking out the local schools/universities. Pretty central location and affordable alternative to a hotel. The neighborhood is peaceful while being a close walk to restaurants and things to do. Peter is very kind and the space was just what we needed while visiting Providence.

Perfect location for a writing retreat/home-base for a yoga & meditation retreat (that didn't offer housing) nearby. I enjoyed the camaraderie of living in community with the lovely hosts and their beautiful cat, Amber. Ann and Todd were excellent hosts and made me feel very much at home. They were friendly and respectful of my time and space, and are excellent stewards of this historic home. They have clearly put a lot of energy, care and love into making this former hotel into a home. Highly recommended!

It's hard to find a rental house in Providence. After a bunch of searching, we landed on this house and were happy with the decision. It's centrally located on a nice, safe, and quiet residential street. When you walk outside, neighbors are walking dogs, gardening, and jogging. The house itself is full of art in every direction and feels very authentically Providence -- a century-old house that's been updated while still retaining many original features. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen was stocked with supplies. Likewise, the bathrooms included shampoo, hair dryers, etc. The house had everything we needed. There is a huge master bedroom and sitting room upstairs. It's very quiet up there, so when the kids woke up in the morning, we couldn't hear them playing downstairs (that was good for sleep!). There are three bedrooms downstairs. All were comfortable. Just note that one has a curtain for a door, so whoever wakes up first should sleep in there. We would stay here again!

Billie was available and in communication the whole time, she really made us feel welcome in her home. The place was spotless. The space where we were provided with coffee, snacks and everything we needed to sit and relax after a long day was lovely. The bathroom was equipped with everything we needed and the hot tube was very nice and relaxing. Billie and Steave thank you so much for everything.
