Randi was an amazing host. Very responsive, helpful, and very flexible. Really made our stay enjoyable and was kind enough to be really flexible with our check out our last day so we could enjoy the beautiful weather. The home was immaculate and beautiful. Very close to amazing restaurants, the cliff walk, the beach etc. The house was stocked with all necessities and then some! We had such a lovely stay and felt right at home. Can’t say enough great things about this home, I would HIGHLY recommend!!

We can't express enough how perfect the Benjamin Rhodes Chalet is for us. Perfect for our needs and Tim & Maureen are the perfect hosts, always a text or phone call away if needed. It was our 2nd stay. The description about the space, etc. is spot on and you won't be disappointed. You will find little surprises upon arrival. One thing I would have loved to have done is spend time in the backyard with a glass of wine listening to the birds. Speaking of the birds, they certainly make the Chalet a better stay! I should mention, those who have trouble with stairs, which lead to the bedroom and bathroom, are narrow and steep...just go slow. I would describe the Chalet as ideal, cozy and comfortable and within walking distance to not all, but most of Newport, it's perfect!! Benjamin Rhodes Chalet is our go to when visiting the area. Laurie was a great host! We had a great time in Newport and the Sunset Studio has all you would need for a weekend trip.

The home far exceeded our expectations. We have stayed at countless Airbnbs over the years and this one, hands down, was our favorite. Every detail was high quality and exquisite.

We had a fantastic experience at this gorgeous apartment. The pictures don’t do it justice. Especially loved the high ceiling in the main room. It was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished in a beautiful setting. We loved the area, too! Probably the best Airbnb experience we have had! Just sorry we couldn’t stay longer.

Liliane's place is absolutely gorgeous. The color scheme and decorations beautifully capture the ocean vibe, creating a very refreshing atmosphere. It comfortably accommodated my party of seven with ample space. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with exceptional cookware. A highlight was the wrap-around deck, providing a comfortable and welcoming space to relax and enjoy the weather. I would definitely book again if available.

The In-law apartment was lovely, exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. Sean and Alison were proactive by providing all information ahead of time.

She was amazing and the whole experience could not have been better. Highly recommend for anyone visiting not only Jamestown but Newport RI as well !

Great apartment a short walk from all the shops, restaurants and night life on Thames street. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location is perfect. 5 min walk from beach. 10 min drive from downtown Newport area . Studio was spotless clean . Host was great can’t wait to come back .

The space was THE PERFECT location with the most stunning view. Walking distance to all of Newport most popular restaurants and shops. When I find myself visiting RI again, I plan to book this space again.

Stayed for 3 nights to visit family. Was a great stay! Tub is beautiful and comfy. Takes a while to fill as mentioned in description but stays warm! No complaints. Would book again on my next trip!

We stayed at Matt’s place for a couple days while visiting Providence. Matt is a super responsive host and the place was clean/ street parking was easy/ and the hot tub was nice. =]

Clean and easy to check-in. Owner lives just downstairs and takes great care of the curb appeal of the house. Beautiful gardening. Always responsive and easy to work with. Quiet street.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet part of Middletown. You are a short drive from three huge beaches and from downtown Newport. The home is not directly on the water, but it has good views of the water both from the living room and from the widow's walk. The space is very large and comfortable -- particularly the living room, which felt bright and spacious even on rainy days. However, be aware that the two bedrooms are not equivalent: The master bedroom (which has a gorgeous attached bathroom) is noticeably nicer. The hosts were extremely responsive, informative, and flexible, and clearly worked hard to make sure our stay went well. I will definitely consider staying here again when I return to the area.
