Chris and Laura’s place was clean and very peaceful! We had a great time and would love to go back!

We came in for a graduation so we needed something simple that we could enjoy for downtime but knew we were not going to spend a lot of time there. This met our needs. Our host was kind enough to help with a few simple requests that made our stay easier.

My friends and I had a great 2 night stay here! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. The location was ideal as it was quiet, safe, and very close to great restaurants and shops. Rebecca was a great host and I highly recommend this place for your next trip to Newport!

This place was incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spotlessly clean everything was — it honestly felt like we were the first guests to ever stay there. The space is beautifully designed, full of thoughtful touches that made it feel both cozy and stylish. The location couldn't have been better — close to everything we needed, but still peaceful and quiet at night. Whether we were exploring the area or just relaxing indoors, it was the perfect home base. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again. A true gem!

Super great location and walkable to just about everywhere. We also loved that she had easy parking right next to the unit. We had hot coffee in the morning and super soft towels in the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and what Newport has to offer. Charming and really cute town, we love the outdoors so the Cliff walk was awesome.

Our stay was outstanding. We felt VERY at home and loved every minute we spent in this beautiful, cozy property. Leah & Su were so welcoming and kind. Wish we didn’t have to leave and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Rhode Island. I don’t think I can express how happy we are with everything.

This was our fourth year staying with Carolyn and her family at Rhode to Bali. It has become a very special annual tradition for us. The unit is very comfortable, the location is excellent, and Carolyn and her family are such welcoming hosts. Looking forward to returning next year!

Very clean and renovated place. Location right off Route 1. Easy in and out getting to beaches in Narragansett. Very nice outdoor furniture. Sharp knife set and nice cutting board! Quality products used for linens and comforter/ apt furnishings. Bed was comfy. Air conditioning was nice, worked well. All the kitchen essentials were there, bowls and pans, cooking utensils, etc.

Ian is very responsive. The area was very walkable and had a lot of great restaurants.

The In-law apartment was lovely, exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. Sean and Alison were proactive by providing all information ahead of time.

We can't express enough how perfect the Benjamin Rhodes Chalet is for us. Perfect for our needs and Tim & Maureen are the perfect hosts, always a text or phone call away if needed. It was our 2nd stay. The description about the space, etc. is spot on and you won't be disappointed. You will find little surprises upon arrival. One thing I would have loved to have done is spend time in the backyard with a glass of wine listening to the birds. Speaking of the birds, they certainly make the Chalet a better stay! I should mention, those who have trouble with stairs, which lead to the bedroom and bathroom, are narrow and steep...just go slow. I would describe the Chalet as ideal, cozy and comfortable and within walking distance to not all, but most of Newport, it's perfect!! Benjamin Rhodes Chalet is our go to when visiting the area. 2nd time staying at Paul’s place, still great as always! Thank you for the beverages in the fridge and for being a great host. Easy to walk to beach and close to everything Newport. Until next year!

We really enjoyed our stay at Elaine’s place and will be sure to tell others of its charm and convenience. Hopefully we will be back as well.

This place is brand new! Very well constructed with all of the amenities you’d expect. It even has a coffee bar with real half and half! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, and the wharf. The bed was a bit firm for our liking, but it is literally brand new and hopefully should soften with time. Excellent communication and responsive host. We would stay here again and highly recommend.

This loft absolutely lives up to its description and photos. The location is excellent—perfect for walking to restaurants, shops, bars, and other activities. Having free parking (when available) was a great perk. The kitchen was well-equipped and stocked with high-quality dishes, glassware, silverware, and appliances. I do wish the listing had mentioned that the coffee maker is a Keurig; I would have brought some of my own K-Cups. While a few were provided, the selection wasn't to our taste—but thankfully, there’s a Starbucks just a block away. The unit was spotless, and the bathrooms were fantastic—no complaints at all. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable, and the balcony was a great spot to relax with a glass of wine and do a little people-watching. Our only minor issue was with the mattress—it could have used more support. That said, I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this condo again. We all loved it!

Our stay at this Newport Hotel was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the friendly and helpful front desk staff, who even accommodated our early arrival. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay!

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

Warren was very responsive My family love the location, the pool, the hot tub and the space. We especially loved the massage chair.

The space was THE PERFECT location with the most stunning view. Walking distance to all of Newport most popular restaurants and shops. When I find myself visiting RI again, I plan to book this space again.

My stay with Lakisha was great, easy check in, very communicative. She got the place ready for me on short notice, everything as listed. It was a very relaxing and spacious place.

Maxx’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! It has everything you need all in one place. You can completely walk into newport and find more to do or walk across the street and watch the sunset. Will definitely recommend Maxx’s place to everyone!

We stayed at Matt’s place for a couple days while visiting Providence. Matt is a super responsive host and the place was clean/ street parking was easy/ and the hot tub was nice. =]

shared the air bnb with my 3 best friends, great common areas for a girls weekend, well equipment kitchen and although there is othet units we felt like wr had the property to ourselves.
