Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Middletown

we had a great weekend at Herb's place. We particularly enjoyed the close proximity to downtown Newport and were able to walk to see the St. Patrick's Day parade. I wish the weather was nicer so that we could have enjoyed more of the backyard area.

This was the perfect place for three friends who write and workshop together online to gather in person. The main room of the house is filled with light and what I didn't realize from the listing is the beautiful view from the living/dining room down to the river. The kitchen is well supplied and every room was very clean and uncluttered. The three bedrooms on the first floor are all very nice, with good beds and pillows (one is slightly larger with a king-sized bed), so we were able to decide on our rooms painlessly and none of us had to settle for an inferior room. The large dining table was perfect for spreading out our work as well as for dining, and one of us enjoyed having the furnished basement as her private work space. When we had a problem with hearing a beeping noise, which we initially thought might be a smoke detector battery that needed replacing, Bob was very responsive and helpful in figuring out the cause of the beeping from a motion detector. We plan to come again.

The house was clean, roomy, and everything worked well. The nearby playground and beach on Narrow River were clean and fun for kids. The backyard with numerous shade trees provided a quiet environment. Th neighbors were friendly. The location was close to many places we wanted to visit including beaches, restaurants, and parks.

We stayed at Judy’s place on a surf trip and loved it - the outdoor shower was a huge plus for rinsing off after the beach! Comfortable, clean and cute. Highly recommended!

The rental was excellent find, with it being located in the heart of downtown Newport, RI. It was conveniently located near many restaurants and local attractions, had an off-street parking spot (which is such a rare find in the downtown area), and a fenced in backyard. The amenities offered were truly high quality, with high end towels and toiletries provided. The only thing that can makes this home difficult is accessing the loft area. The loft area is accessible via a vertical ladder. Though it was fine for our group, it does require someone who is more physically-inclined, to access. I felt very welcomed by Matthew as our host, as he provided clear instructions on accessing the Airbnb, as well as responded very quickly when the front door lock was not working due batteries being dead during our stay. Overall, the Airbnb was an excellent find for my family and dog, and I would highly recommend this location to my friends and family.

Amelia’s place was perfect for our stay. We loved the beautiful decor and the outdoor spaces to hangout with friends. We would definitely go back again.

Wonderful stay for our family, peaceful but great proximity to the cape and Boston. Tiverton had plenty to do on days we wanted to stay home. Macy has the house stocked with everything we needed and then some. We look forward to returning!

Sean’s home was in a great location in Federal Hill, walkable to lots of restaurants and shops and east access to downtown and other neighborhoods. Everything with the home was clear and as described. We’d stay again next time we’re in Providence!

I can see why Marianne is a super host! Her place is exactly how she describes but cozier. She had everything we needed to feel right at home and even stocked the kitchen with some thoughtful items like milk, oj and cereal. The apartment was much more spacious than we expected and even had an extra half bath which was very convenient. There were plenty of comfortable places to sit and lots of space to unpack. We love the location because it was as easy to get to Newport as it was to Portsmouth. There's a well renowned French bakery about a quarter of a mile away and the local’s favorite coffee shop is less than half a mile away. The apartment felt very private but Marianne was always available if we had a question. Best of both worlds!

It was a really great place to stay. Nice and spacious. Really comfy feel. I will rebook this again in the future. One thing that the host couldn’t control is tight parking if you have large vehicle.

Brennans place was excellent, truly I don’t think you can find a better location in the city. Super walkable, spectacular view from the roof and if you have a dog plenty of parks and green space around. Marco’s sandwich shop is right beside Brennans place and is a reallly good option for breakfast or lunch. Brennan was super friendly and a great host.

Juan and Alby's place was great. We were 4 adults who didn't cook and had plenty of space. There was one king bedroom with an en suite bathroom, one queen bedroom, one room with two twin beds and a loveseat, and one hallway bathroom. It was super clean and nicely decorated on the second floor. The house is on a busy road and easy to drive by but look in the check-in guide for photos of the exterior. Several parking spaces were in the back, which made it easy to park. Check-in was a breeze. It looks like there are three apartments in the house. If neighbors are loud, you will hear them, but in our experience, people were quiet after 10pm. We were very happy and recommended this Airbnb.

This was our third year at Michael’s and as usual it didn’t disappoint. The location is perfect for biking or walking, the apartment is the right size for our little family and has everything we need. Michael is super responsive and helpful, the local beach is perfect. We will likely be back again next year!

Shannon was an excellent host and very accommodating! She also provided an itemized receipt without any issues. I highly recommend for any military on TAD orders!

This was our first trip with our 10 month old baby and it was everything we could have hoped for. The location is amazing, walkable to everything. The hosts were so responsive. Literally would respond within 2 minutes of texting. They had a pack n play and high chair ready for us in the apartment when we got there. They also let us check in a bit early so that our baby could take her afternoon nap on time. They gave great recommendations on places to eat and things to do. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

the space was well cared for with many personal touches. it was a great location to anything we wanted to do. it was raining the weekend we went but we could still walk almost anywhere. comfortable space and well maintained.

Such a cute place to stay! Walkable to downtown as well as Brown University. Plenty of local restaurants nearby. The property was clean and beautiful. As others mentioned, we could hear the renters upstairs, but this should be expected for any similar home. It had so much character. We loved it! Highly recommend and would definitely rent again if back in the area. Almost forgot to mention the amazing shower! Fellow women with different types of showers, this is the everything shower DREAM! But don’t want to wash your hair? There are 3 shower heads so you can avoid the waterfall shower head. Legit using this shower as inspiration for our bathroom remodel we were already planning!

We had a lovely stay at Charles’ place. The kitchen was well equipped, beds cozy and the hot tub so much fun. Charles’ place provided the perfect home away from home for my family. I loved being back in Bristol!! The house is centrally located to town which I also loved.

I was in Providence for my 10 year college reunion and Michael’s place was perfect for it. I used to live on the same street. The place was amazing, lots of space. It was walkable to a lot of my old favorite places to go. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Providence
