Tranquillo e confortevole appartamento su 2 piani di 100mq con terrazzo, situata nel cuore del centro storico. A due passi da Piazza Maggiore. Lo stabile è situato all'ultimo piano con ascensore. Composta da zona giorno open space con cucina, 2 bagni e una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale. Servizio autobus comodo da/alla Stazione ferroviaria, navetta aeroporto e autobus per la Fiera. Stupendo terrazzo con vista sui tetti e chiese bolognesi. Un vero angolo suggestivo dove sentirsi a casa

Ci troviamo al terzo ed ultimo piano (con ascensore) di un delizioso palazzo d’epoca, in una via tanto centrale quanto tranquilla, nell’area storica più affascinante, elegante e sicura. Siamo infatti fra Piazza delle Sette Chiese e le famose Due Torri, a 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza Maggiore. Lo spazio si compone di soggiorno con cucina attrezzata, camera da letto e bagno adiacente. Sono presenti tutti i servizi importanti come Wi-Fi, aria condizionata, macchina del caffè Nespresso e lavatrice.

Our stay at the apartment was great. Our host had everything prepared for us including breakfast, snacks and juice for the kid. They were super polite and reacted right away to everything we asked. Everything was super clean and stuffed with everything you could imagine. The apartment is in great location - super close to the city center and 150m away from a nice area with many restaurants, bara and coffees. Close to the University, the neighborhood is full of young people. I would totally recommend the place and if we come back to Bologna, will surely book it again if free!

Our stay was quite pleasant. The location was great and easy to walk to from the train station. There were constructions happening on the main streets around the flat which caused some inconvenience but wasn’t too bad. Our only complaint is that the blanket bedding was uncomfortable, thin, and felt like a plastic throw. We mentioned it to the host and hopefully they will improve for future tenants. Overall we liked staying there!!

We had a fantastic stay during our weekend trip! The apartment was clean, stylish, and located in a quiet area just a short walk from central Bologna. Paola was amazing – attentive, proactive, and very supportive. It honestly felt like checking into a hotel. Everything you could hope for was provided – water, towels, coffee, and tea. A truly great experience from start to finish.

Andrea and the apartment were beyond our expectations. Andrea was so helpful and had the best recommendations for food and drink. It was absolutely beautiful in a great part of the city. Everything is walkable. AMAZING bed that was so comfy. Every Amenity we could think of she had in place. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to have a great stay in Bologna.

Spacious, sophisticated, beautifully-decorated apartment in the heart of Bologna's historic center. This home was in a very safe, very walkable area, just a few minutes from major landmarks like the Piazza Maggiore and Due Torri, plus tons of restaurants, vintage shops and wine bars. An easy 20-minute walk to the train station, as well! Highly recommend this apartment!
