Beach house vacation rentals in Marche

This place is located very near the beach and has been newly remodeled. Great place to stay and a lot of restaurants nearby.

The apartment is literally a stone's throw from the sea. It is bright, clean, tastefully furnished, perfect for those who want to enjoy the beach without having to take the car or walk long. The beach in that area is spacious and sandy, which I personally appreciate very much (I have memories in Civitanova of beaches with the stones that I never liked much). You can also take long walks by the sea, and reach more isolated and quiet areas. There were four of us, and we were comfortable. In particular, I appreciated the spacious and bright living room, equipped with two windows from which you can see the sea, and the spacious bathroom with a really large shower, equipped with a very nice skylight that illuminates the environment very well. The bedroom is a little small if you have to sleep in two adults with lots of luggage, but it fits without any problems if you don't have any pretensions and/or problems using a bunk bed. A few minutes' walk from the house you can find shops that provide all the basic amenities, such as bars and supermarkets. There is also one fishing shop, for enthusiasts like me. Elisabetta, the host, is very nice and nice, we didn't miss a thing and it was really available right away. Once again the Marche is a wonderful region, which I recommend to anyone, both for the scenic beauty itself, and for the kindness and friendliness of the Marche. Absolutely appreciated stay, to be repeated! Highly recommended!

Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

Leonardo was incredibly quick to respond and helpful. The apartment is beautiful with amazing views of the surrounding area. Although we visited in November I’m sure it would be an amazing summer place when warmer and sunnier. Highly recommend!

I was in Massimo's villa by the sea for a week with my husband and mom... it was perfect for us! On one side the sea, on the other the "city" with market, supermarket, etc. Fall asleep with sea noise and the cure of people at Lungomare. Kitchen top equipped for self-cooking... I would love to come back :-) Massimo is a great host, thanks for everything and see you again. Ciao katrin

Our vacation was familiar, great hospitality and continuous availability. The house is super clean and equipped with everything you may need, washing machine, dishwasher and super equipped kitchen.... just like at home!! The location is the reason that made us choose Angela's house, and I have to say that, to get out of the gate, cross the street and be directly on the beach, for me it is priceless! Nearby there is everything you may need, right in front of the house there is a kiosk on the beach where you can have breakfast or quick snacks! In addition to the sea, the hilly area is beautiful and there are several very good proposals of restaurants that offer very good local cuisine. Highly recommended vacation!

Charming setting for anyone who wants spend a full vacation relaxation in the peace of nature. The apartment is comfortable with mosquito nets, fireplace and well-stocked kitchen of utensils. All surrounded by a large garden fenced in with oleanders and rosemary, barbecues and sun loungers in all privacy. The farmhouse has parking, a solarium area, a beautiful pool with reserved umbrellas, small fitness area and play area. The farmhouse is just a few miles from the town tourist and places of interest. We were greeted by Mrs. Cristina with courtesy and kindness and he gave us recommendations about restaurants and places to visit. It was a nice vacation I would have gladly extended!

The first thing I would like to emphasize is that Giorgio is the ideal host: I would like all hosts to be like him, accurate, kind, available at all times. The villa she made available to us was as if no one had ever set foot on us; nice construction, well furnished in every detail, equipped with every possible accessory, including an air fryer!! State-of-the-art air conditioning system and a nice very clean pool and kept almost maniacally. We had not had any problems on dates, I would have requested availability for the entire month. My family, including the 3-year-old grandchild, was also very satisfied with the vacation. We all want to thank Giorgio for having us spend a holiday in August with absolute satisfaction.

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Large outdoor area (equipped) perfect for those with a dog as it is fully fenced; even the interior spaces (modernly furnished) are suitable for six people. Very useful laundry room and outdoor shower. Parking in front of the house and ample free parking nearby. Good location for getting around by car to all the beaches of the Conero Riviera. The beaches of Numana can also be reached on foot but on the way back the road is a little uphill (but there is free shuttle service). Very kind and helpful hosts, flexible check-in and check-out. Overall our stay was great.

very spacious place clean and really complete with everything . convenient to amenities even on foot... Giustino immediately responds to every request even if nothing was missing.... strategic point to visit a thousand things... but florida casino great recommended

Alessandro welcomed us into his home cordially and amicably, briefly explaining the services and directions of the house, an available person, giving full freedom in compliance with the rules. The house itself is beautiful, clean and with all the rooms air-conditioned, in summer it is definitely a positive note, The large, well-kept and fenced garden with an evening atmosphere to enjoy dinners with friends, and for those who also have dogs, well I'll let you imagine their joy (mine was very happy!!). Thanks to the convenient and quiet location we had a pleasant stay. Apart from the comfortable accommodation equipped with all comforts, especially functional, I want to point out the beautiful garden where we spent relaxing hours. Mrs. Maria Grazia and her husband gave us useful tips and also food and wine suggestions. It's a location to recommend

very nice place with lots of space, loved the terrace and the location is very central but still very quiet. enrico bought us wine and pasta and was very friendly. 10/10 would stay there again

We arrived by train and bus, the bus stop is 50 meters from the property and beach, supermarket, restaurants, town center as well as the neighboring town of Sirolo are within walking distance. The house has lots of charm, is centrally located on a nice and quiet path. Francesco was always easy to reach and responded quickly and kindly and gave tips. We had a very nice stay in Numana!

A beautiful cottage, perfectly located, lovingly decorated and sparkling clean! We felt very comfortable as a family and would be happy to come back!
