Vacation rentals with a home theater in Marche

The house is really nicely decorated and with the garden and large property it was really a very nice place to stay. The private tennis court is also worth a lot. I would recommend anyone who is still considering choosing this property! Nik is super nice and the caretaker Lirim is also really nice! Totally beautiful holiday!

We had a great time, the house is in the center and easily accessible thanks to Erik's directions. Cleanliness, courtesy and hospitality (we arrived very late due to traffic but Erik's mother welcomed us with a smile). I highly recommend this place, equipped with everything you need, and even a lot of extras.

We were looking for a place to relax and feel at home and so it was. Rooms and clean, large and cozy common spaces. Andrea is a person you feel like you've always known, friendly and helpful. That his passion is music, there are no doubts and he manages to drag guests into his world between musical instruments and amazing records left available to everyone. A place I recommend!

We stayed at Marco to have a peaceful Place to stay, and it was the right choice! We had a small issue at the check in but Marco was great and responsive in giving us a prompt support. The vinyl collection is a big plus, the kitchen is well equipped and functional - everything was perfect ! Marco also gives you great recommendation for the surrounding. Highly recommended

Very tastefully decorated apartment. Very quiet and only about a 15-minute walk to the beautiful old town of Perugia with delicious restaurants and nice bars. There is also a nice bar around the corner of the apartment. Highly recommended.

This is our third stay here at this beautiful Villa and each time it gets harder to leave! Lots of fabulous days and evenings spent with Andrea and Enzo over some delicious food and wine together with their family and friends who have become our family and friends too! Andrea is fluent in English and Italian and there are other different dialects and languages to enjoy listening to in one of the most beautiful parts of the world. Ripattoni may be small but it is huge jn personality where the villagers welcome you with open arms. Beautiful Villa with stunning scenery and so peaceful too but with restaurants and bars a short distance away you can have the best of both worlds. Can’t wait to come back. We stayed at this cottage for 100 days. The beauty and location of the structure are almost second to the availability and goodwill of Mrs. Manoelle, who immediately decided to give us confidence, despite being a very large group. The estate, surrounded by beautiful cypress trees, has many outdoor spaces, well cared for in detail, in which we spent most of our time. The interior spaces are very spacious and bright. The kitchen was super equipped, and the bathrooms were spacious, but the rooms were the real highlight. In fact, as they communicate with each other, they favored coexistence and a sense of unity, which are essential in group travel. It's really hard to find flaws, but it's even harder to find a place to feel so good and don't want to go.
