Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Mansfeld-Südharz

We stayed in this beautiful accommodation in really great weather and were able to fully enjoy the lovely, natural garden (whether in the morning for breakfast or in the evening with a nice bottle of wine). During the day we did great hikes, the area is predestined for it. Even though the Harz offers a very different picture due to climate change and the bark beetle than a few years ago, it still has not lost its charm. It's just different... It was also great that we were able to take the bus for free (the stop is almost outside of the door) for dinner to the city, so we could leave the car. We had the fairytale room (the room with balcony), totally cute. The whole house has been lovingly renovated with a penchant for perfectionism ;-) in the style of the turn of the century, everything is totally harmonious. The rooms are very clean, the owners and staff very friendly and accommodating. It was a successful vacation all around, thanks for that.

Our stay with Alexandra was immaculate. Very friendly, we were allowed to bring our 2 four-legged friends. The rooms are very nicely decorated and so clean. The bathroom wow with a large walk-in shower. The view from the terrace was mega. Breakfast could be obtained on request in the room . It was so lovingly placed in a beautiful wooden box in front of the door. Bread and rolls are homemade. So what else should we say. Should we come back in the area, I will book again. Beautiful bed & breakfast! The room, lounge, and entrance are warm and warmly decorated. We felt right at home! The private balcony with fantastic views is unique and even at 0 degrees in the morning we ate our breakfast on the balcony because it was so beautiful! Also the breakfast left nothing to be desired - many choices and very delicious! Next time we'd like to stay longer! :)

Very quiet location, a little away from the old town, who is good on foot...

Modest, but comfortable room in a convenient location in Wernigerode. We had a misunderstanding with paying for the room at checkout, but the friendly staff were able to resolve it quickly. The room itself was simple, but well furnished. Absolutely met all of our needs!

Beautiful villa in a peaceful village. Nice place to stay.

We spent 3 nights in the Regiohotel Schanzenhaus and we enjoyed it very much. All staff were very friendly and eager. On the first day we were a little late for breakfast and there wasn't that much choice left. On the other two days we got up earlier and breakfast convinced us too. Sauna you have to pay extra, unfortunately we had overlooked that and for the tourist tax there will also be another 3.50 euros per day and per person. But you can also use the bus for free, we were able to use this great for our hikes to not only run circular trails. Also directly from the hotel, you can hike directly, great location on the mountain with castle views!

I was very satisfied, everyone was very accommodating. Lovely location, quiet and location clean and simple, no Shishi. Breakfast buffet super and plentiful. Thanks!
