Spacious semi-detached house with the owner's house right next door. A total of about 80-90 m² of living space. Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a crib/cot. It can accommodate up to 5 adults and 1 child. Shared use of the courtyard & garden is always possible. Wi-Fi and two LCD TVs are provided. Excursions to the Harz are very close. The house is situated in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac. It can also be used for fitters/business stays.

In 10 minutes you can walk through the city forest (enclosure) to the city center and directly behind your home is Hohenrode Park. The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage. One free parking space is available right by the house.

The Auerbergblick vacation apartment is located in the southern Harz and sleeps up to 4 people. It is very quiet in a place about 25 minutes from the mountain and rose city of Sangerhausen. There are many opportunities to shop here, as the apartment is exclusively self-catering. The apartment itself is cozily furnished and offers everything to simply unwind. Numerous attractions can be reached within 1 hour.
