Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation with its own garden, sauna and hot tub and direct access to the hiking trails in the beautiful Harz Mountains. The colorful city of Wernigerode with its cultural and culinary offerings and the beautiful half-timbered houses is within walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes). Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

A very warm ambience was created with a lot of love for detail. A special feature is the private parking right in front of the private entrance and the large private terrace. Blankenburg (Harz) is located between Quedlinburg and Wernigerode and thus offers countless opportunities to start excursions or hikes together.

Immerse yourself in a world of the past. The Gänsetrappe is a 335-year-old individual monument in the old town of Ballenstedt. The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. Hainrode is an idyllic village in the South Harz Biosphere Reserve and a paradise for hikers. The access road ends here, so there's no through traffic! Our camp is located at the end of the village, surrounded by old orchards with stunning views of meadows and forests. There are numerous hiking trails, as well as great opportunities for leisurely cycling or mountain biking to explore the countless trails.
