You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

A toilet and shower (with hot water, of course!) are available in the sanitary area on the premises. We and our two children welcome you to our small country house. We often spend our weekends and holidays here in rural surroundings. We occupy ourselves with the small garden and the animals, try our hand at old handicraft techniques, explore the surroundings, go for a walk in the forest and swim in the outdoor pool. This is how we relax here and regain strength for everyday life.

Our beautiful apartment is located on the 1st floor of an old barn on our farm! We have an outdoor pool heated with wood on site for all our guests, as well as a terrace with enough space for 10 people and a grill / campfire! A baker is located in the village and further shopping facilities can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.
