Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Maltepe

Gizem was extremely friendly to us throughout the stay, check-in and check-out. The apartment is very spacious, clean, nicely decorated. It has everything you need for a long stay, including pleasant little things. The street is quiet, no noisy restaurants or rushing cars. You can hear the neighbors, but they were quiet and did not bother us. The Moda area is very colorful and beautiful, good for walking, especially the embankments. Conveniently accessible by sea ferry. We missed a microwave a little. Also bear in mind that you will need to climb the stairs to the third floor, which was fine for us. Overall, everything was amazing, this place can definitely be recommended for a stay in the beautiful Moda area.

You chose it to spend the weekend, it was one of the best weekends I've had thanks to this house. The house is incredibly peaceful, every detail is incredibly beautiful. Extremely clean. It was incredibly enjoyable to sit on the balcony against the sea view. Ms. Burcu was also very sweet, she took care of us from start to finish. Luna, her cat, was just as sweet, adding color to our weekend. Everything was a great experience.

Basak is a kind and responsive host. The flat is in a hip, upcoming neighbourhood with lots of cafes and restaurants. It is also very close to Kadikoy pier and public transportation. I would recommend Basak's place to anyone.

Derya and Gokce are wonderful humans. They went out of their way to equip the flat with everything that you could possibly need. Everything I though I needed - it was in the flat. I felt like I had my own little abode on Buykada. Thank you for helping me realize my dream of being an Istanbul island boy!

We had a wonderful week in Kadıköy! The apartment could not have had a better location: in the middle of vibrant Kadıköy, five minutes to ferries, metro, sea side promenade, silent Moda.

Levent’s place is a cozy little nook in the lovely neighborhood of Kuzguncuk. It was newly renovated and very clean. He was very kind and accommodating with a late check in, accidentally locking myself out and a late check out. I had no trouble and he was great about allowing me to have my privacy during an extended stay. Would recommend!

There is so much I could say about the area, Buket and the space itself -- I enjoyed it so much! It was a life-saver after a stinky, overpriced, crappy Airbnb I had in Cihangir. Buket is a fabulous host who really goes above and beyond for her guests. The house/neighborhood had a lovely familial cottage vibe where there were days I simply wanted to just stay in the area and at the home relaxing. The Uskudar ferry can take you everywhere, is easy, cheap and a really enjoyable experience. The neighborhood is not inundated with tourists ensuring the culture has yet to be overrun by the modern day overflow of post-pandemic digital nomads (sorry not sorry). The only criticism I could possibly have is that the seagulls are a bit loud but my partner said it reminded him of Cannes and liked it. I'm an unusually light sleeper so I think it is a me problem. Either way I adored Buket and the space, it made my trip and so did Buket's dedication to my comfort and overall enjoyment. THANK YOU BUKET!

Hello, as already described. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. Good location, metro and minibuses can be reached quickly. Bayram is very helpful and is always available if you have questions. The only downside is that the apartment is on the 5th floor. And that the house is not an excerpt. But otherwise a top place to stay.

I was satisfied with my stay—the host was very responsive, replied quickly, and fulfilled all requests. The apartment matched the photos and description. If I find myself on the Asian side of Istanbul again, I’ll definitely consider staying here once more👍🏼

Ms. Kiana is a good host who is easy to communicate and quick to help in case of need. Thank you to him. If we come to the apartment, I think it has a very nice vibe. It's a great experience to lie in bed and watch Netflix or YouTube in the projection. You can also lie on the seat by the window and watch the sea view. Since I couldn't see the modem, I connected the projection device with the hotspot to my phone's internet, it wasn't a problem for me. It had a large terrace, but I couldn't use it because it was under renovation, but I wouldn't use it because it was rainy the day I went. It will be very pleasant when it is turned on for use, especially in nice weather. Enjoying the jacuzzi on the terrace can feel nice. There is parking for the vehicle outside the building. In summary, a pleasant apartment, the biggest pros are the projection device, the view, the terrace and the comfortable bed. The host also made everything go smoothly. Thank you.

I have been a bit generous with my rating, Emrah and his Co/host are trying to make a better Hotel we had a few ups and downs but problems solved due to understanding and communication. Emrah invited us back to enjoy another stay when the rooms has been upgraded we will be happy to come back and give a 5 star review. We survived :)

Great stay in a quiet neighborhood in Kadikoy. Clean and warm house. The kitchen had everything you need. Hot water with pressure. Great location for walking, lots of places to eat and drink nearby. The host was always very helpful and kind. He responded to all our requests and beyond that he also allowed us to check in early. Thanks!! Small things to improve: The bed's position on one side is a problem when you want to move. The refrigerator makes too much noise every now and then. The location of the washing machine near the toilet is not convenient, especially for large and tall people.

Melihs was very good and quick at communicating. The flat is spacious and cozy. It is cetrally located within walking distance of many good cafes and restaurants as well as the ferry to western side. Wonderful to stoll along the Sea of Marmora and to stop for a late picnic on the grass and watch the sun go down . Outdoor workout area nearby. What is not to like

wonderful location, right in the heart of moda. this is one of those rare gems on airbnb where the apartment is clearly something an actual person could live, and not just a building flipped for profit. you'll feel right at home in istanbul :) gökce was very friendly and communicative, and quite flexible and understanding. it felt just like i was staying over at a friends' place who was out of town.
