Apartment vacation rentals in Maltepe

We chose this place because of its location. In my opinion, it is within walking distance to one of the most spacious beaches of Istanbul and also within walking distance to Marmaray. In a reliable and family friendly neighborhood. In short, I would recommend it to those who care about the location. Apart from that, Mr. Emrah was also understanding and caring. When we asked for a blanket, he said that he also increased the degree of natural gas while giving the blanket:)

We stayed with my friend for 2 days and it made us extremely happy as we expected, the location is very good, I never think you will be nervous when coming home at night, the walking distance to the beach and Marmaris was 5 minutes. The only downside of the house was that the toilet door was a problem and the light of the light bulb was extremely dim, which is not a problem (if you are not a very pimpy cleaning patient, the house was very clean)

ms. Asuman was very kind and responsive about communication. It is necessary to take into account the stair advice mentioned in the description about transportation, otherwise you will pass through the street with many stairs. the house could be made a little more equipped, I would recommend putting detergent for dishing and washing machines and adding basic kitchen necessities like salt, oil. we stayed very comfortably with our dog, and the people we met were also kind. thank you

The room was as pictured. Check-in took place very easily with self check-in.

I have been a bit generous with my rating, Emrah and his Co/host are trying to make a better Hotel we had a few ups and downs but problems solved due to understanding and communication. Emrah invited us back to enjoy another stay when the rooms has been upgraded we will be happy to come back and give a 5 star review. We survived :)

it was a wonderful trip! the best accommodation in the best location! the terrace had a view of the sea, a 5-minute walk to a large shopping center. There is a wonderful cafe with breakfasts nearby. the apartment was warm, comfortable, quiet. the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were large, appliances and dishes - everything you need for a comfortable stay. 300 meters away - Migros and other stores. Simay was a very attentive and kind hostess, she gave us advice, quickly responded to requests, and really helped us out when we forgot our keys) we really want to return to this wonderful house again!

We were guests in this exceptional apartment for a week and felt very, very comfortable there. The location is centrally located in the immediate vicinity of the Galata Tower and offers fantastic views of the city, both during the day and at night. A big thank you to Neriman for the taxi arrangements for our arrival and departure, as well as the restaurant tips! Important to know: the apartment is on the 5th floor of a historic house. There is no elevator there, which was not a problem for us. We will be happy to come back!

It was a nicely put up space that worked well for us. Felt like home away from home. Very convenient as there were stores to get our basic grocery as well well coffee shops around. The Galata Tower and tram station are also at a walkable distance. The only drawback for us was that one of the WC doors wouldn't latch up and one of the bedrooms did not have a latch from inside but would close only from the outside. These are suggestions so that the owner could take notice and take this immaculate and homely space a notch higher. Overall, we loved the small details and rustic charm of the place. I had an unforgettable stay in the heart of Cihangir, in a peaceful and elegant location. This place is not just an accommodation but truly feels like a second home in Istanbul. Every detail has been meticulously considered: a spacious and comfortable living area, the pleasure of a home cinema experience on a large screen, a bright and quiet neighborhood… Even the bed, pillows, and dryer have been carefully chosen with comfort in mind. For those working remotely, this place is also an excellent choice! There is a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably take care of your business. Sara, made this experience even more special. With her warm hospitality, excellent recommendations about the city, and attention to every detail from check-in to even sharing the local grocery store’s number, she truly made me feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed home in Istanbul, this is definitely the right place! I will definitely be back!

Very centrally located. Pay attention to instructions on how to find the house, which is a littel difficult. The view was spectacular and the apartment very spacious. Only problem we had was with the shower in the hall bathroom. It leaks and is broken. Need to be replaced. We all shared the shower in the master and it wasn't a problem.
