Konumundan ötürü burayı tercih ettik. İstanbul'un bana göre en ferah sahillerinden birine yürüme mesafesinde, aynı şekilde Marmaray'a da yürüme mesafesinde. Güvenilir ve aile dostu bir semtte. Kısacası konuma önem verenlere tavsiye ederim. Onun dışında Emrah Bey de anlayışlı ve ilgili biriydi. Battaniye istediğimizde battaniyeyi verirken doğalgazın derecesini de arttırdığını söyledi. :)

asuman hanım iletişim konusunda oldukça nazik ve duyarlıydı. açıklamada ulaşım konusunda belirtilen merdiven tavsiyesini dikkate almak lazım, aksi taktirde çok merdivenli sokaktan geçersiniz. ev biraz daha donanımlı hale getirilebilir, bulaşık ve çamaşır makineleri için deterjan koyulması ve tuz, yağ gibi temel mutfak ihtiyaçlarının eklenmesini öneririm. köpeğimizle gayet rahat konakladık, karşılaştığımız insanlar da kibardı. teşekkürler

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Es gibt alles was es braucht, auch für längere Aufenthalte. Die Kommunikation und das Check-in ist absolut einfach. Die Rezeption ist Klasse, sehr hilfsbereit und äusserst freundlich. Sie sind zu jeder Zeit für einen da. Die Umgebung gefällt mir ausserordentlich. Keine Touristen, viele kleine Shops, alle super freundlich. Etwa 5 Minuten Richtung Meer gibt es ein wunderschönes und lauschiges Areal mit vielen sehr guten Restaurants. Einfach Top. Die Promenade am Meer ist einfach schön und angenehm. Sehr gerne wieder.

I was satisfied with my stay—the host was very responsive, replied quickly, and fulfilled all requests. The apartment matched the photos and description. If I find myself on the Asian side of Istanbul again, I’ll definitely consider staying here once more👍🏼

I have been a bit generous with my rating, Emrah and his Co/host are trying to make a better Hotel we had a few ups and downs but problems solved due to understanding and communication. Emrah invited us back to enjoy another stay when the rooms has been upgraded we will be happy to come back and give a 5 star review. We survived :)

Appartement très agréable avec une vue somptueuse sur le Bosphore À proximité du tram et du grand bazar L’entrée dans le hall de l’immeuble fait un peu « peur » mais une fois chez Ferat on est comme dans un cocon Quartier assez calme malgré l’animation d’Istanbul

it was a wonderful trip! the best accommodation in the best location! the terrace had a view of the sea, a 5-minute walk to a large shopping center. There is a wonderful cafe with breakfasts nearby. the apartment was warm, comfortable, quiet. the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were large, appliances and dishes - everything you need for a comfortable stay. 300 meters away - Migros and other stores. Simay was a very attentive and kind hostess, she gave us advice, quickly responded to requests, and really helped us out when we forgot our keys) we really want to return to this wonderful house again!

Wir waren für eine Woche Gäste in dieser außergewöhnlichen Wohnung und haben uns dort sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Galata Turm und bietet fantastische Ausblicke über die Stadt, sowohl tagsüber als auch Nachts. Ein großes Danke an Neriman für die Taxi Arrangements bei unserer An- und Abreise, sowie die Restauranttipps! Wichtig zu wissen: die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock eines historischen Hauses. Es gibt dort keinen Aufzug, was für uns kein Problem war. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

It was a nicely put up space that worked well for us. Felt like home away from home. Very convenient as there were stores to get our basic grocery as well well coffee shops around. The Galata Tower and tram station are also at a walkable distance. The only drawback for us was that one of the WC doors wouldn't latch up and one of the bedrooms did not have a latch from inside but would close only from the outside. These are suggestions so that the owner could take notice and take this immaculate and homely space a notch higher. Overall, we loved the small details and rustic charm of the place. Thank you for hosting us.

I had an unforgettable stay in the heart of Cihangir, in a peaceful and elegant location. This place is not just an accommodation but truly feels like a second home in Istanbul. Every detail has been meticulously considered: a spacious and comfortable living area, the pleasure of a home cinema experience on a large screen, a bright and quiet neighborhood… Even the bed, pillows, and dryer have been carefully chosen with comfort in mind. For those working remotely, this place is also an excellent choice! There is a dedicated workspace where you can comfortably take care of your business. Sara, made this experience even more special. With her warm hospitality, excellent recommendations about the city, and attention to every detail from check-in to even sharing the local grocery store’s number, she truly made me feel at home. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed home in Istanbul, this is definitely the right place! I will definitely be back!

Very centrally located. Pay attention to instructions on how to find the house, which is a littel difficult. The view was spectacular and the apartment very spacious. Only problem we had was with the shower in the hall bathroom. It leaks and is broken. Need to be replaced. We all shared the shower in the master and it wasn't a problem.
