Great place and super friendly host

I stayed here for 6 weeks while I worked at a hospital nearby. The place is in a great location, with lots of cafes restaurants nearby. The house itself although quite small is lovely, cosy and clean. The view is amazing and the home was very well equipped for short term stays. I also felt very safe staying there as a solo female, security was great. Mehmet Selim was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10

Overall it was excellent. Directions to find the place and open the door were a bit hard because they were in Turkish. English version would be appreciated.

A very nice accommodation where a view over the city on the large roof terrace was possible and magnificent. In addition, a lively area within walking distance. The apartment was extremely clean.

The accommodation at Ali's was perfect, comfortable, pleasantly decorated, functional and very clean. Clean and comfortable bedding. Fidel to the description. Located on a very quiet street, but very close to the lively neighborhoods, accessible on foot: 5 minutes from the Galata Tower, 10 minutes from the port of Galata (I loved it, especially at nightfall) and 10 from Karakoy. Very well served by land or sea public transport! Don't forget hearing protectors, the garbage truck passes at 5:30 a.m. I highly recommend the place!! Thank you very much

She contacted me right away and made a lot of advice and suggestions. He was very friendly and sincere. I stayed at his place as if it were my own. He's a great host. Definitely recommend. I stayed at a place with ainbnb for the first time, but everything went extremely well and well, Mr. Nuri was very good, very friendly and extremely punctual. We wanted to check in early on the day we checked in, since we arrived from afar, it was very helpful to us, it was ready at the time we called 😅 our house, but we could not come early, it is a place where I would definitely want to go again when I came to Istanbul, there is a metro station in front of the neighborhood, the house was clean and tidy, we had a host that we could reach without hesitation when we needed something, we thank Mr. Nuri for everything 🙏🏻☺️

Title: Wonderful Stay, Fantastic Host! I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing apartment, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated—exactly as shown in the listing. The location was perfect, close to key attractions, public transport, and some great local restaurants. What really stood out, though, was the Ksenia the host. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!

This is a nice spot in Nişantaşı. Definitely a very safe part of Istanbul that will feel very comfortable for visitors, especially with 24 hour security in the building. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a nice courtyard. It's as pictured, and Kerem is a great host, always quick to respond. It's great for one person for short stays.
